Do you consider the flavor percentages in Heart of Andes to be low? I will mix it as it is first but think it might could benefit from more cream.

If you are a lemonhead, I have a GREAT recipe for Sherbet Lemons that I love. It is one from a really talented UK mixer that I played with to get it right for me. I wanted MORE lemon. Let me know if you are interested.

Yes and no. If you feel you need more cream, you can always add something. For me it is was good as a S&V. I mixed 10mls which is my norm on new recipes. Since this is a S&V I don’t know how well it will hold up over time so I will save some and try it again in a week or so. If the flavor drops, then I will up all the flavors by 50% especially if I want to mix a larger bottle. I do like having a few S&V because some of the recipes I mix require longer steep times and this gives me something to vape in the interim.

Yes, please I would love the Sherbert Lemon recipe. I do have a taste sensitivity to certain brands and certain flavorings so if the recipe allows I swap it out for another brand. If not, then well I am SOL.

Thanks! I think that for those who like white chocolate, HIC's Heart of Andes would be a decent clone of Chef's Flavours "White Christmas." For me, probably better with no chocolate at all. :D

EDIT: HIC's Heart of Andes with some White Chocolate added would be a decent clone of Chef's "White Christmas."

The original recipe for the Sherbet Lemon is here:
Dumbledore.... Bearded No. 1

I loved it as written but wanted more lemon, so after some experimentation, I came up with:

Sherbet Lemons
Fizzy Sherbet (VTA) 5%
Lemon (FE) 2.5%
Marshmallow (FA) .5% (any marshmallow flavor should do)
Sour Ball Candy (SC) (WF) 2%
Sour Lemon (VTA) 2%
SugarDaddy (Reg) (Rick's) .5% (your favorite sweetener will be fine)
WS-23 30% .5% (OPTIONAL)
S&N though the Sour Lemon gets a bit sourer after three days.

There is no mention of the cancer but I guess he'll get that news from the dr on Weds. Emphysema is worse but we knew that. Some distention in the bile ducts. Nothing too awful bad in the written stuff.

Sending positive thoughts that the results are over the top good.

Good to know. I’ll have to think on it. I have butterscotch cream pie (no discernible pie crust to me), and a couple caramels, or smoked butterscotch. Vanilla swirl, best description is soft serve ice cream, like Dairy Queen. I use it when I don’t want a heavy cream.

If this was me I would choose my darkest tasting caramel or butterscotch — mind you I have never had real dulce de leche and only say this based on the dark taste I get — kinda of like baking with light brown sugar vs. dark brown sugar if you have ever used both versions. I don’t think you need to come up with the consistency of dulce as it will not change the taste. I find M&H to be a unique flavor — others may disagree since taste is so subjective.

Since you have added FA Peppermint to your list, maybe you will want to add M&H too :)

Everything ends up on The List I think. Himself already thinks I have enough to open a shop . My rabbit hole turned into a bloody warren before I could blink!

I may have to add the FA peppermint to The List. I only have menthol ( bought it to make cold/flu juice), but haven’t tried it yet. That sounds similar to a Christmas juice a local made with (my guess) peppermint, cream and white chocolate. It’s quite yummy.
I've been vaping TFA Peppermint for years.

    Hi mixologists.

My dicodes arrived. Haven't even opened the package but it is coming with me as I drive back to work (again) it's been crazy came back last night for Dr. appt this a.m.

Scary Barbie liked my sleep handout. I think. She said, "It's good, well, it's actually QUITE goof as a matter of fact." LOL this is just how she talks, I think but she's still scary. She talks like she has her nose so far up God's ...., God is like, "Back UP." But I suppose "Quite good" will do.

Had to do my benefits allocation on an emergency basis and I'm really mad at HR about it, they were total jerks too long story. A kind coworker helped me out, because HR was being total jerks about it. I magically HAD to do it during open enrollment even though I had not had my tutorial, the software is completely non intuitive and I'm not even ELIGIBLE for benefits until January first.

Not only that, I ASKED. They just sent out random "do your benefits mass mailers" and I was like, "I don't have to, right?" And they were like "Yes you do." And I was like, "I have not had my benefits seminar" and they were like, "Too bad" and I was like, "I want to choke you out" (did not send that one).

Sigh. Life. It just keeps coming. Even my supervisor was like, "What?" and ran around checking all new hires knew they had to do it as it was certainly not specified. Etc.

That sounds good. It's hard to believe that as many flavors as I have on hand now that I'm still missing a couple to make this. I had fizzy sherbert on my list but took it off. I never even heard of or looked at sourball candy.

@NolaMel - Do you like Butterfinger's, Snicker's, or Peanut Butter Cups? If you do, I'll post Bill's Magic Vapor's recipes for them. They're high total flavoring %, but I just cut his % in 1/2 now, and they're still fine. They all take Peanut Butter flavoring. I use the DX version myself, but it really doesn't matter.

JC,I'd like the one for Peanut Butter Cup. Ty:)

I made that Lemon Tart! And oh lordie it smells good. Here lately, I'm on a pomegranate roll - I created this little bitty (SUPER juicy) recipe - shake n vape too!

    25/75 VG/PG
    3mg nicotine
    Blackberry Extra (TPA) 3.5
    Whipped Cream (TPA) 4
    Pomegranate (FA) 4
    Black Current (FA) 2

    Addicted to it :)

I have a German Shepherd puppy that took 10 years off my life couple months ago. The booger was WAY up under my bed - out she comes with a juice bottle in her chops! I dove under the bed like an Olympic swimmer & found a box of stuff I'd made a while back - and forgot.

I tell you, GSD puppies are giant jaws, teeth, and enormous paws. If, IF she wasn't so dang cute... I'd have donated her for a drug dog.

JCinFLA, gawd that's a gorgeous horse! Yours? Used to be my thing before the ole bod said 'no more, sistah!"

Of course I should have waited for Black Friday. As is, on BF I copped a puter, and a large screen TV - and, uh, a remote-controlled doodoo that emits farts as it goes. NOT even kidding! It already came, dying to rip into it, but it's for a kiddo on my list. Go look at Amazon, you'll find it. Silliest gift ever! (According to Amazon, it's "just a piece of crap" anyway.)

Here ya' go! Everything is TFA, except for the Peanut Butter Cup that's FW. It may be on the too sweet side for you, as well as having a very high total % of flavorings in it. But, I know you're great at adapting recipes. I know even I'd go less than 1/2 for each one myself in this...maybe even just 1/3 of his % used.
    ;)

    Peanut Butter Cup - 8%
    Dark double Chocolate - 2%
    Milk Chocolate - 5%
    Peanut Butter - 5%
    Vanilla Swirl - 4%
    Sweet Cream - 4%
    Sweetener - 4%
