    Somewhere between here and there
Our mornings start with yoga, then meditation, followed by coffee and vape.

Then, all systems go. Bring On The Day!!! :w00t:

I've never tried yoga but my wife and kids have but didn't stick with it. As far as meditation goes, that's what I call Saturday morning in the recliner with coffee and binge watching my latest show with no one else awake. I enjoy my mornings on the weekend with silence besides the tv.

There are two things I have wisely avoided as an adult-- 1. Yoga and 2. The Catholic Church..

We went to a Catholic wedding one time and it was so long I was wondering if they were going to serve lunch.

You probably attended a full Catholic nuptial Mass. To a Catholic who was familiar with the Mass and understood what was happening, it wasn't that long but expected. It's like a regular Sunday Mass with the wedding ceremony embedded.

    Morning/late afternoon Fran and everyone.

Today I have mostly been prostrate trying to fight off another chest infection. I hit it with my usual homeopathic remedies plus paracetamol to bring down the fever. Managed to sleep this afternoon and feel better but completely drained. The main thing is not to end up on antibiotics....if you even breathe a word to the doc that's what he does. They really do have a limited response to these things.

I'll try and come up with some mixing ideas tomorrow...have been very slack of late and definitely not up to it now.

Have a good day everyone
