    Morning/late afternoon Fran and everyone.

Today I have mostly been prostrate trying to fight off another chest infection. I hit it with my usual homeopathic remedies plus paracetamol to bring down the fever. Managed to sleep this afternoon and feel better but completely drained. The main thing is not to end up on antibiotics....if you even breathe a word to the doc that's what he does. They really do have a limited response to these things.

I'll try and come up with some mixing ideas tomorrow...have been very slack of late and definitely not up to it now.

Have a good day everyone

    Feel better quick,Charlie

We do about an hour of yoga first thing every morning. Not too intensive but at times yes. It burns calories and tones muscles. Keeps the body limber.

Over the last year we've been into watching AcroYoga. It combines acrobatics and yoga and has been around since 1938. There are many videos on YT, from the very basic beginner lessons to the seriously advanced performers. There is a push to bring it into the summer Olympics.

This is one of our favorite videos. These two are very advanced.

Yoga??? Are you joking there would not be enough super glue to put me back together !!!!!!!!!
  No, not joking. Yoga keeps you flexible and can be as intensive as any workout. There is very gentle yoga for seniors. No superglue required and no one would have to help put you back together. ;)

I've never tried yoga but my wife and kids have but didn't stick with it.
It's fun. Especially when doing so with a partner. Each pushes the other further.

There are two things I have wisely avoided as an adult-- 1. Yoga and 2. The Catholic Church..
Well, OK. If you are looking to improve both your wife's and your sex lives learn and do yoga together. ;) Not kidding!

Uh, vape IS yoga, controlled breathing, right? ;)
Yes, controlled breathing is one part of yoga. vaping Yoga? Sure, your fingers become more flexible pressing the Fire button.

So far I've mixed two new ideas. Looking through my notes for some other ideas to mix next. I would like to do a couple more for today.
I haven’t mixed anything and probably won’t today. I have 6 recipes to look over for final approval or tweaks. I have my ideas for two more recipes but I think my brain went on strike.

She does yoga. My "fun" times racing motocross haunt me and waking up in the morning has me wondering sometimes if those times were indeed "fun" after all.

My two youngest daughters were taking MMA classes about 10 years ago and one day while watching the adults I came up with the bright idea to sign up. I thought it would be fun and a great way to stay in shape.

Two weeks later I was in the ER and not from physical contact either. The stretching and warm-ups killed me.

All I can do now is this cool little bar trick after a couple of beers. Can anyone else roll their knee cap to the side of their leg? I can!!
