I mixed up my first batch today, 30ml of the Sugar Bear clone from the ClonedEJuice document.

Not sure if I'll be able to tell how close the clone is, it has been years since I last had the real thing. I do seem to remember that it tasted different after the name change to Sugar Drizzle. Guess I'll find out next week sometime.

I only have six flavors right now that I added to fill out a nic order, mainly to try out a couple of Sugar Bear formulas.

I have enough purchased juice to last me at least a year yet, so I can ease into picking up recipes and flavorings.

Here is a good place to learn. Please ask if you have any questions.

I have got to make some unflavored today. That counts as DIY and helps me fit in here. Right?
Why they make you come in early is beyond me, they need to schedule this stuff better.
I would not like that at all either. Poor Izzy. Bless her little heart. How is she doing?

We got her home and she is just laying around which is fine. Don't think she feels too good. We have a little water out and are going to try and give her a little food. This is an older pic:

You fit in great! I already consider you a friend just from your posts. I don't DIY either (anymore) so we're two of a kind. :w00t:

I got my three new Solos over the weekend from Vapesourcing. In some ways they seem a little hokey. On their order page they have you fill in all your details, card and so forth. Then they go off to check your age. When it comes back from the age check all your card details have disappeared and you have to enter them again. They don't send any notifications, not even an acknowledgement of your order. No tracking. On the other hand the order got here in less than a week, and they have great prices. It just makes me nervous when I press the button and nothing happens until it arrives at your door. They have one thing I've never seen anywhere else, if you go to their site and look up the order there's a box you can check to confirm that you got the package. I guess it's less bother for them that way round.

DITTO! Thank you so much for saying that. . . it made my day!

so we're two of a kind.
You might want to reconsider that comment after what I did tonight. I was making my unflavored (I don't consider that DIY) and 99.9% I switched the amounts of the pg and vg. But I am 100% I got the nic right and also 100% sure I will not waste it. I hope I'm not kicked out and stripped of my membership here! I can't wait till my nic reserve is gone because the older I get the less futzing I intend to do.

What a precious little dog. OMgosh, what expressive eyes. She is smart to take it easy tonight but I imagine she will feel much better tomorrow. She could still be mad over having to wait so long in the cage. I know I would. That just was not right. I miss my two little dogs so much so I am going to be concerned over yours. Please keep me posted.

Figured out a TC problem. Some of my tanks were making loud pops and crackles. That turned out to be wicks that weren't tight enough in the coil. I was going easy on the wicks because it's harder to get a tight wick through a SS coil without bending it.

I got a lifetime supply of SS wire last week. Ticked me off a little. Ordered it from Kidney Puncher's new wire-only web site. I wasn't paying attention and hit order after entering the 28g. Then I put in a second order for 26g. I emailed their support number right away and asked them to combine the orders and save me some postage. Although it took them 5 days to ship they didn't combine the orders or respond to my email. Someone said they heard KP was bought out recently. Maybe the new owners aren't used to the ordering system yet. Plus they only just started shipping again after a long Covid break. Who knows. I wouldn't recommend them at this point, their wire is good and quite cheap, but the shipping now costs almost as much as the wire. They claim to be using a new tempering standard which gives the SS the same handling characteristics as kanthal, haven't tried it yet so I can't tell if that's true.

That would freak me out. View attachment 971747 So glad you did get them so fast though. They must be pretty darn good for you to order 3.

I had quite a few of them already, just getting worried about vape gear not being available in the future. Never found a mod I liked as much as the Solo. Except maybe the BB. But the Solo is pretty much bullet proof and I don't think the BB could handle being dropped and so forth.

Yes she is something usually, am I'm sure she'll be back to normal shortly. She drank some water and ate some too! She loves jumping on my chest here in the recliner and getting belly rubs and I'm sure we'll be back to doing that soon.:D

I suppose I should be worried about that too. Other than the little CoolFire I bought a couple of years ago, I am using the same things I bought when I first started vaping. I think my reo's are pretty indestructible even for me but I probably should be building my inventory too. I will check out the Solo. Thanks.

That's a real good sign. She really is precious. I say I am finished with pets but seeing Izzy, makes me want to visit the animal shelter. heehee

I know, it's hard for us not to get another small dog. We still might at some point but it has to be small, housetrained and young but not a puppy. We don't want a pup ...... all over any more lol. We got Izzy from a shelter - someone had her and she was tied up in the cold of winter so someone stole her and gave her to the rescue place, "Wagging Tails". My wife did not want her when we saw her but I kind of got mad and made her agree and now that dog is her life. Izzy stays in the living room with the wife mostly and sleeps with her and I'd like one to be with me in my chair.

    Long post. I like dogs!
