I’m going to clean a couple tanks and possibly set up my blue abyss with the sbs kit. Later we’re finally going to go to Lowes to schedule someone to come and give us an estimate to do the bathroom floor.

I have one abyss set up with the sbs kit but I haven’t used it. Not using the other one either. I waited so long for those I kinda lost interest.

I’ve never had a leak with a zenith 2 but did with the original and it was bad coils. Two in a row.

So it could be the coil? I was thinking of changing it to see if it helps so I will, and thanks!

I gave sitting out another shot but it’s just too hot, no breeze at all. I give up. Tomorrow won’t be so hot.Small chance of rain also.

I have a small fan that uses my 18650 batteries. Would having a fan (or even a mist water bottle) help you be able to sit and enjoy outside? Just a thought. It does get to the point where a/c is my best friend though.

Soooo... scales arrived. LB 501 is completely D.O.A out of the box. Wont turn on at all, or atleast the display is dead. SC-501-A seems to work fairly well. I do notice it ignores the occasional drop, so curious if the LB 501 does the same(will have to wait for return process to find out).

EDIT: Kind of rubs me the wrong way that the SC-501-A has a battery compartment that is non functional. Why bother putting one on, if you cant use it? Why offer as USB power cord if your not going to offer a battery operation. It would seem to me a normal power cord would be more ideal but perhaps USB power cords are cheaper for production?

Well, if I could pour a bucket of cold water over my head it would give me a few minutes of relief. I opted to come in. It’s still nice in my room but the AC will be needed soon. I agree the AC is my best friend in this weather.

That bites that one doesn’t work. Hopefully the return goes well. I don’t know anything about those scales so no ideas.

TY! It's done and there was juice all over where there shouldn't be. Cleaned it up, primed the coil and am letting it sit a while before I try it. Using the Kroma-z in the meantime.

82 for us also. Weather says 85 for the day. Yesterday the weather was wrong and it got hotter.

A little relief comes for tomorrow. 74 with a small chance of rain.
