I'm supposed to have someone come by my place to fix a leaky toilet and a sticking kitchen drawer, but I don't even know if they are coming today or tomorrow. Other than that, nothing going on. I've been awake since 2:30 and have had 4 cups of coffee already.
Guess you’ll find out when they get there.

Morning, mixers, and hopes for a happy hump day!

Still cool and damp here, with a little rain here and there. Mostly there, so may do some mowing later.

Time for another vape break. I got the nicotine, PG, and flavors in all the bottles. Just need to top them off with VG. I don't actually measure that, I just fill to the shoulders of the bottle. Then cap and label them. I don't like the VG part, too messy.

Not lazy enough, Terri. I mix a "base" of my nic (a skosh high), PG (skosh low) and VG (skosh high). Time to mix, put the flavors in the bottle, top with the base, done. Since most flavors are in PG, that raises that and lowers the nic a tad. Works for me at my around 18, although if vaping at low nic levels it might not get close enough.

My very first Kayfun. Loved it at first, but then my vaping preference changed toward more airflow. Don't know why. We all started with those tight cigalikes.

So do I. Two of them. Haven't used them in ages. But I can't part with them quite yet.

Couldn't get it to work for me. My vapocalypse RTA stash consists of Dvarws, Ares II, Hastur MTL, and Hellvape MD. Just in case.

Yeah, very little in my stash that I'm willing to part with atm. Of course, some of it is truly "last resort" Although a 510 stick would look pretty funny with a KF on top! Just have to build a bit higher than normal

I mix my base the same way but at 6mg and mostly pg. about 25% vg. Easy peasy for mixing.

Good morning. Not looking forward to work at all. It’s still slow and the boss was on a rampage yesterday messing with everyone.

I started out labeling by taping pieces of paper to bottles. Then bought this tape that was write on but it didn’t stay on the bottles. Now I use the stick on address labels. They had them at Dollar general for $1 per package.

I tried several methods too. Ended up using return address labels with Scotch tape over them. The labels on their own fell off or got messed up by juice drips. If you use the right brand of labels and the right version of Scotch tape they hold well but peel off without leaving any residue.

That's the problem I'm running into now is on plastic bottles the label doesn't really want to come off. I probably reuse my bottles too many times anyway. I should start tossing some and order new ones again.

I sat out for awhile and was surprised that it was almost cool. We have complete cloud cover and a little breeze. Unfortunately it is not cool inside with my one window open. I’ll be shutting the window and using the AC shortly.

I have 6 recipes left. One is 4 flavor and one is 6. The rest are all 5 flavors. I keep looking at the four flavor one like it needs a change/addition or something. Then I give it a second look and it looks fine. It’s really bugging me. I won’t mix it until I figure it out.

Is it possible to drill the holes out a bit for more airflow? I'd love to use them again, but I'm like you and want more air.

I successfully drilled out a few of my EHPro KFL+V2's. Drilled out both the air tube, and the side air inlet holes. I think I used a 5/64th drill bit, if I remember correctly (been a while). Used a drill press.

I drilled them out. Blew out with compressed air, then ran 'em in the USC for a bit. Then put them back in the box, and stored. There's a trick to drilling out the air tube. Fold a piece of rubber around it, and then hold the tube / rubber combo in some vice grips. The rubber allows the tube to float just a bit. That way, the drill is following the original hole. Avoids alignment issues.

Worked great. Increased the air flow as intended. Air screw adjustment screws still functional.

Here's a view of the two KFL bases. Drilled out on the right (obviously)

How much of a difference does that make to the vape?

I recall there was an outfit in the UK used to sell drilled out pins years ago. At the time I was worried it would leave the pin a little fragile. But now I wish I could get some more air in the KFL's.

It made a pretty fair bit of difference, in the vape / air. I actually prefer them stock. It was one of those things that sounded good at the time.

Yes, it does remove some of the inner 'meat' from the tube. You don't want to over tighten them. I've not had an issue with them. But someone that has a heavy hand, that thinks everything with threads is a lug nut, might have problems..lol

Well, I have enough KFLs that I don't have to worry about losing one so I think I'll give it a shot.

Hello all, 95 here at noon. No plans today other than figuring out what to eat.

We aren't far from that temp here. Starting yesterday, we are getting three days of low to mid 90's.
