Work is going pretty well so far. I fully expect to crash this afternoon after having not gotten good sleep.

I hope so too.Morning all, wife canceled her big Cleveland Clinic appt today because she is sick. Going to take a Covid test. Man I hope she doesn't have it!
I’ve been asking that myself. Won’t believe the forecast til I see the rain. What is rain?
Take your green tea.
I took the wife to the ER, she's sick but I don't think it is Covid. We'll see.
I hope it's nothing too serious.
Strep throat, which is what I figured so we dodged a bullet there. I took a prescription to the pharmacy and will get it later. Antibiotics.
I'm glad to hear this. Not that strep is fun, mind you. But Covid has the potential to be so very much worse.Strep throat, which is what I figured so we dodged a bullet there. I took a prescription to the pharmacy and will get it later. Antibiotics.
I’m surprised you went to the ER for that. You must have better insurance than I do.
Glad she knows what it is. Antibiotic therapy can be a life saver.Strep throat, which is what I figured so we dodged a bullet there. I took a prescription to the pharmacy and will get it later. Antibiotics.
I have to ask I had covid about 3 weeks ago lost my sense of smell and taste virtually completely on the 6th day to the point that I thought that I was brushing my teeth with face cream or something because I couldn't taste my toothpaste. And that's gotten a little bit better like I can taste salt vinegar and sweet and I think if you were to puree chicken and apples I would be able to point to which one was meat and which one was apples now which I don't think I could have two weeks ago. How long did it take you to get your sense of taste and smell back or start to anyway in like a meaningful way? And did you try to do anything to get it to return like I hear some people are smelling really strongly scented things and it helps. I am absolutely still shattered from covid.Yikes! Covid still sucks. I'm exposed weekly to it. The place I work at has a covid unit again. The people seems like they have a bad cold with this variation of the disease. However, I don't want to get it again. I'm regaining the smell/taste and that would set me back...again. It seems like the covid vaccination did the same.
Hope all is well for you all. I'm going to take a covid test tonight. Feeling like crap so like to rule it out. At work I get tested once weekly.
I've been using this recipe for pickles.
