Has anyone else tried comparing the wf Pitaya against the mystery flavor? They are very similar but don’t know if I’m convinced yet that they are the same.

Folks at ELR attribute the difference to mystery (Pitaya) being a fresher batch.

I you plan on entering BCF's contest with the mystery flavor, be sure that they sell all of the flavors you use. I overlooked this rule and they don't sell one of the flavors I used. I'm going to have to make a substitution and remix it. I haven't even tried the original mix to see if it is any good.

To me the WF Pitaya tastes better. I taste the fruit more and it’s a little sweeter. I don’t taste the rind like I do with the mystery flavor.

I've just been vaping and working on a diamond painting. I'm almost done with this one. It is long and narrow, too long to get a decent photo. It is of chickens. Cheese pizza for supper.

I’m not sure if I’ll submit a recipe or not. It’s nice just to have some time for a change to spend on trying flavors instead of reviewing.

To me a month isn’t a lot of time to come up with a recipe. What if it needed to steep?

IMO, the jury is still out on what the mystery flavor might be. We won't know what it is until BCF does the big reveal.

I've been following the mystery flavor thread on ELR's forum. Honestly, I really don't care one way or another, but I am enjoying reading their posts. Some of them guess a flavor and post very detailed flavor notes and then others say... "no, no, no it ain't that"... it amuses me.

Morning, mixers, and happy Saturday.

Didn't break into the 70s yesterday, yeah, time for long sleeve shirts.

High for today......69. It was dang chilly earlier but not complaining. Nothing a sweatshirt couldn't handle.

Sweatshirt?! Not for another 20 degrees!

More debris collection on the agenda, and the two tanks cleaned yesterday may see the completion of the job.
