I got kidnapped for shopping this morning. Hate posting on this phone.
Maybe upgrade to a newer phone, like the one pictured below. It has a very familiar user interface those of us in a certain age group will easily recall.

I think I'll try an apricot flavor and would like some opinions on the best to get if anyone has tried them. I have a base I use that is a vanilla custard with a hint of caramel and a dash of graham.
I like FA Apricot, FLV Apricot and SSA Apricot. Those are good representations of real life apricots.

IMHO the most accurate of those is FA Apricot.

    HIC's notes on FA Apricot:

Fresh, juicy, ripe apricot - realistic flavor with just the right level of natural sweetness. It can seem weak used standalone, but Apricot blends great with other fruits. Coconut accents it well. Makes excellent apricot brandy (with FA Brandy) and apricot rum (with FA Jamaican Rum), which can be used for cocktail-type vapes. To 'bake' Apricot, use a little Brandy or Jamaican Rum along with a touch of TFA Brown Sugar. FA Peach can boost Apricot flavor; FA Pear is the ideal sweetener for Apricot.

I do have a new phone but it looks nothing like those old phones. I kinda miss having one of those for a home phone though.

    Good morning :w00t:

I haven't watched more than 5 minutes of football this current season. Quickly got bored with it. I've changed, just not into sports like I used to be. Other interests.

Will rewick a few rba's today. Beyond that, other than regular chores, no real plans.

I still have an old dial phone sitting in my attic. When I was a kid (60s) our family shared a party line with one other subscriber. With those old POTS (plain old telephone svc) lines you could call your own number, hang up, and it would then ring and ring until one of the party subscribers would answer. As a kid I used to do that a lot, was fun.

I grew up in Springfield, Mass as far as school. Phone there wasen't a party line. Folks had a nice camp in Richmond, NH and there was a party line there. Yeah, I had fun with that one.

Used to watch the 49ers when Joe Montana was there.
I was watching the 49ers long before Montana came along. I remember when Jim Plunkett was the QB and getting sacked every play. Then he went on to the Raiders and won a Super Bowl.

Football is my favorite sport to watch. I go all the way back to the old Baltimore Colts of the great Johnny Unitas era!
I remember watching The Golden Arm with my dad on our old B&W tv (giant boat anchor). My dad loved Johnny U. It was always my job to get up and move the rabbit ears for better reception.

Back when I was in private practice, I had my office decorated with antiques and I had a functional antique French phone. Once, when I asked a teenager to call his folks to get permission to do a sports physical, I directed him to that particular phone. He had to be instructed on how to use a rotary phone.
