Well, the contractor was here this morning with tentative blueprints so I guess she's really going to get a price out of this one.

TY Territoo! My hip was just diagnosed as arthritis, so I have not tried anything yet. Hopefully my doc will have options for me after the MRI.
My wife is the same - I didn't think they'd do anything at the ER for the flu and they didn't except run a bunch of expensive tests for nothing. 3 hours down the tubes.
Speaking of comedy masterpieces, I watched Weird, the weird Al story this morning. It wasn’t a masterpiece but was entertaining.
I will have to check that out, I do really like and appreciate Weird Al. He's pretty weird and what better actor, a really weird guy himself, than Daniel Radcliffe to play him. Been a fan of Weird Al ever since Amish Paradise

I used baked pineapple in the pineapple cake recipe I was playing around with and am not loving it. I just started with three flavors to see if it was worth pursuing. I think I might try a new mix with sugarloaf pineapple instead of baked.

DIY and I have been kinda slow lately, I just got over a dumb cold. Runny nose, headaches, cough... the girls had me take a few covid tests, all negative. They all babied me though, was nice.
This is the first cold I've had in well over a decade.

Hmph, I am not one for just laying around. My first attempt to break out was quickly met with "what do we need to do, tie you down" followed by "you are worse than a child". Yep, that's me.
