My guess would be that they took it off the pallet and then dropped it. They come bolted to a pallet so it had to happen after the pallet was removed due to the bottom and corner being scratched and bent.

I've been listening to The Eagles a lot lately. Amazon says your Echo can stream things from YouTube.

If you like Eagles live, here is the YouTube link for The Eagles MTV Unplugged Second Night from 28 April 1994. Unlike the MTV broadcast it's the full concert (24 songs).

The MTV '94 broadcast was from the first night and was not the full concert. I have the CD's from the second night. It's a great show.

The customer picked up four machines from us then took them back to their shop and unloaded them. From the damage I could tell it happened after they removed it from the pallet.

Will the dumbo customer be picking up any of the cost?

Actually they are going to pay for the repair and buy the machine.

Well, the stew is put together at last and needs to cook another 40 minutes or so. I'm exhausted from all the prep but will make wide egg noodles to serve the stew on. Also have fresh bread for dipping in the stew!

I doubt it. I do want to try a gtx coil in it since the are interchangeable with the pnp coils just to make sure it’s the pod and not the coils.
