My other half makes a chicken tofu casserole that uses Campbells Cream of Chicken soup. It's a very nice vegetarian meal.

FLV Sweet Mango 1%

Suggested steep = 4 weeks / bakery and creams dictate the time. As always, YMMV.

I don't like Campbell's cream soups, either. I just make a béchamel and doctor it as appropriate.

We had to stop by Sam’s Club while we were out and I grabbed this cool hand truck at Sam’s. I’m getting tired of carrying my grass bags out to the curb for compost to pick up so will be using the hand truck from now on.
Yeah, they're easy and unslimy. And you can sub stock for the milk (that turns it into a velouté, @ShowMeTwice) if you want to go that route. They're both really handy. The French don't call them mother sauces for nothing.
