88 here. UGH

Ugh is right!!!

I've been taking Carli girl for our walks between 4:00am - 5am and then later at night after the sun sets. Early mornings here it's been in the upper 50s to low 60s. Perfect weather for long walks. This morning we saw a fox in the cemetery we sometimes walk through. It was a very curious one, walking/running parallel to us about 20 yards to our right, it stopped and just watched us a few times. Normally when we see one they quickly scamper off.

    Pretty cool on the fox.

You should try one of those.
Yeah, I was on sort of an acronym kick for a few there where the flavors matched up to some of the letters in the recipe name.

    The WARNing

    Ingredient%
    Apricot (Armenia, Albicocca) (FA)1.50
    Nectarine (TPA)3.00
    Raspberry (Malina) (INAWERA)0.75
    Whipped Cream (TPA)0.50

    Flavor total: 5.75%

This is probably the most promising of that lot!

Enjoying one of my new mixes................

    Orange Ice Cream (6-2/5.75)

    FA Royal Orange 6%
    SSA Ice Cream 2%

mixed with one of my vanilla/cream bases:

    FA Madagascar (Vanilla Classic) 2.5%
    INW Shisha Vanilla 1.75%
    FLV Cream 1%
    FA Vienna Cream 0.5%

Steep time = 4 weeks / creams dictate the time / as always, YMMV

It's a very tasty full flavored orange ice cream mix.
Is there a sub for the Madagascar vanilla?

SIL managed 5 outlets and is holding down the couch now. He has another 5 to go. Plus switches and lights.. No way that’s gonna happen today.

Sounds like that couch needs an ejection seat operated from a remote control.

Outlets, lights and switches are usually quick and easy to do.

That depends who’s doing them. LOL. Dd will be home tomorrow and he won’t need that ejection seat.

    That will be nice.

What's left to do before everything is finished?
The plumber has to come back to finish but Dd has to tile the shower first, Sink and toilet will need to be put in I think. When the plumber is done the builder will send someone back to do all the baseboards. Most of them have already been cut,

Also the kitchen counter needs to be cut for the sink.

I finished up work about an hour ago. There were no major incidents to speak of, which was nice. I got there 8n time to get the last van with ac. It's currently 100 and the high was 101, yet it didn't seem as hot today as it did on Tuesday. We have a heat wave coming up...104 on Tuesday and 107 on Wednesday. We don't normally get this hot in June. That is reserved for July and August. No rain in the forecast.

Sombody lit a fire under SIL. He got up in a hurry and grabbed the broom and dustpan. Then he took the kitchen rubbish out and put all his bottles and stuff in the bag that's been collecting. Now he's putting a new bag in the rubbish.
