Sombody lit a fire under SIL. He got up in a hurry and grabbed the broom and dustpan. Then he took the kitchen rubbish out and put all his bottles and stuff in the bag that's been collecting. Now he's putting a new bag in the rubbish.

The plumber has to come back to finish but Dd has to tile the shower first, Sink and toilet will need to be put in I think. When the plumber is done the builder will send someone back to do all the baseboards. Most of them have already been cut,

Also the kitchen counter needs to be cut for the sink.

I had SIL get me some bulbs since my lights are short by three. He has one thing going for him……he’s tall. He put the bulbs in standing on the floor. Really bright in there when the lights are on.

We have an air quality alert in effect from the Canadian fires. The sky is still blue as can be so maybe it won’t get to us.
