Anyone heard from Katya lately?
Nope. She hasn't posted anything since last July.
If anyone on ECF knows how @Katya is doing, I'm about 99.8% certain it would be @tiburonfirst.
I do miss both.

I've lived in the country for most of my life and always loved the smell of a rainy day. Doesn't mean I'm in love with rain. Too much is very destructive.everyone knows rain doesn't actually have a smell, but......
petrichor is what is known as that amazingly wonderful Earthy smell we experience during and after it rains
and it's one of many peoples favorite smells.........
jus' in case ya were wondering........ "it is caused by the water from the rain, along with certain compounds like ozone, geosmin, and plant oils"
science........ gotta luv it baby!!!
"Petrichor is the smell of rain. The word comes from the Greek words 'petra', meaning stone, and 'ichor', which in Greek mythology refers to the golden fluid that flows in the veins of the immortals."

Another one rubbing it in that they have rain.
Looks like my SM pkg hasen't yet reached Ca. It just cleared customs in Hong Kong. 8 days.
I have a pkg coming today but not ecig related. Just a mirror to go over my bathroom sink.As of yesterday, my SM package was in Los Angeles and in the process of being handed over to the USPS. Haven't checked tracking today. I'm in no hurry, whenever it gets here, it gets here.
UPS has a package out for delivery today, some vape gear from Vicious Ant (Philippines).

I think of Butch often. It was his birthday back in June.I was texting with NolaMel a while back. She and the Fam were doing fine. Doggo too.
Totally miss Butch too, "blind in one ear & deaf in the other eye"

Will NolaMel be back on the forum sometime? Do you know?
It's good to hear that she and family are well.I didn't ask Mel if she was planning on hopping back on the forum. She asked how everyone was doing. Mel mentioned taking an extended break from all forms of social media. And I can totally relate to that. Every now and then I disappear for a stretch. It's never planned, it just innocently "happens" whenever.
And we know your "disappearances" are nothing to do with alien abductions, which just happen to be rather common in the NE, especially in the rural areas.I didn't ask Mel if she was planning on hopping back on the forum.
