It’s a little hot out but took the dog for a short walk. It’s going to be too hot the next several days so figured I’d at least get her out some tonight. This weekend I could take her in the morning but I don’t have time before work during the week.

94 yesterday, and the "cool down" (to the high 80s...) has been moved to tomorrow. Gee, thanks. After that, they're talking about mid 80s for another week. Only rain is from a flock of birds. Oops, that's not rain!

I did my workout, 1 3/4 miles on the treadmill. I had a doctor's appointment afterwards. My anemia is better, but I have a bladder infection.
Today's high is going to be 95 with no rain. So far, it's been a bit cooler this summer, with very few temperatures in the triple digits. Normally in July, we can go the entire month without seeing highs below 100. Well, there's still August.
