Some folks think you have to increase the flavor percentage for pods but I haven't found that to be the case.

Not a podder, but don't most of those come in high nic, like 50 mg/ml? If the recipes include that much nic, might just need to adjust the recipe and set it at the level you want. Flavors should (might) be ok in the mix.

I just do whatever nic level I want. Whether I vape it in a tank or a pod.

I use pods for work. I use 18mg in those but don’t change the amount of flavor. Now from what I’ve seen of disposables, most are 50mg nic salts with some coming at 20mg. Most I’ve tried have way too much menthol. The pods I use come empty and can fill with whatever liquid I want to use. I don’t care much for nic salt.
