I got a good start on my Hellvape review this morning and hope to finish it tomorrow. Today will be mid 70’s so I’ll get out and mow a little later.
As promised, here's a picture of the home, still with the underside showing. I'll post another when she has decking and skirting. I did a walk through. Just a few minor things that will need repair.
That line on the front isn't a scratch, as I originally thought, but some dirt left from the awning that the previous owners had in front. A good pressure wash will take care of that.

I got the lawn mowed. My wife bought a small wood planter for the front porch so we need to put a coat of polyurethane on it. I’ll probably start on that in a bit.
While I was downstairs getting a table for the project, I found a large sheet of mdf so cut a new top for one of the shalves in the garage and painted it. Just now getting ready to help work on the planter.
