I'm just relaxing right now. Did some laundry earlier and made some banana bread. Once that cools I'm going to whip up a maple glaze for it.
We'll probably watch some baseball later.
Perhaps I'll do a little mixing later as well - wrote up a few recipes last night.
The wife evidently crashed from helping with the planter and cleaning some stuff up in the garage. I was upstairs earlier and thought she was awake and getting around but evidently not since she hasn’t made it downstairs yet.
Been trying 4 blackberry flavors for a few weeks, just 3% of each. I'm starting to like the FW version best. Good blackberry flavor and very smooth. The other 3 are OK, but they all have additional stuff going on, like a bitter note in there. Think I'll make a mix of the FW with something else like cream. Or maybe do that with all 4 of them. After that maybe try some mixes of mainly FW with a smaller amount of one of the others. Fruits do seem to work better with more than one version of the fruit.
I rarely do that much experimenting but I'm in the mood right now. I've had a difficult couple of weeks, car problems, storms, flooding, power outages. Should have got the mower out by now but the ground was too wet. Playing with juice was relaxing.

I’ve been using a combination of tfa and Flv blackberry in my cookie mix. I looked at my stash and surprisingly don’t have the FW. Is it a sweet flavor?
