I think that might work better in certain recipes, make a chocolate chip cookie or something like that. LB lava cake is good in cakes. MB works when you need a chocolate like a milkshake.

Never could develop a liking for wine either but love to cook with it. My mother is from KY hill country; we'd go visit and come home with a box full of moonshine. Tried a sip once, it didn't end well.
