Maybe. I don't know that I would call it a twang. I just can't describe the odd flavor I get from it. We are probably tasting the same thing. A steep does seem to help. I ended up enjoying the Pineapple Basil Sorbet I made with it and will try again, changing a few things and letting it steep for a week or 10 days.

That's a pretty neat case. However, you might want to check and see if they sell them in bulk. Chances are you'll need ten or more before you're done ordering flavors. It's amazing how fast they add up. I stopped counting at 200.

WOW!! I’ve got many of the same in my cart as well. I’m just afraid of pulling the trigger knowing I’ll find one that I forgot grrrrr lol!!

I’ve been going through my screenshots of recipes and my ERL recipes to see if I’m missing anything from my flavor shopping list.

Man, had no time for boozy flavors (I AM SAD ABOUT the GIN, LOL). But, it's okay most of the morning has been spent like, dealing with various job companies. LOL, the jail position (all interviewers have been drooling etc., I guess) can't do my special thing. But, since I was already considering another offer, well, I just asked recruitment about THEIR benefits, and full time and etc. Heh. I figure, since it's not a contract position, perhaps it would be to my benefit ANYWAY, and it is. Guess I shall see what occurs and etc. I felt bad kinda, but she seemed excited plus it's 10 minutes away (literally) and they want to pay me a decent rate (close to 70K which is also a bit nuts for Tucson.)

I'm sure the boozy flavors will be there (and, I will NEED them) although I did tell the husband if I Do It (it would be so helpful for his neck surgery and whatnot, he'd have to be the House Husband etc.

Not scrubbing toilets-- large incentive. LOL.
