The bourbon note is pretty upfront in the ABC. Thinking the fig would enhance the bourbon notes Mel, maybe try it before adding more booze. Pear and/or plum will work nicely in the mix. Apricot too I think.

Chocolate Caramel Peanut Butter Wafers
Chocolate Chunks (WF) 2%
Peanut Butter (CAP) 2%
Salted Caramel (FW) 1.5%
Caramel Candy (TFA) 1.5%
Graham Cracker v1 (CAP) 1.25%
Australian Chocolate (Hangsen) 0.75%
Honey Roasted Peanuts SC (WF) 0.6%

What? No sweetener, yikes...

Age for 30 days...

It may just be my taste buds, or just the FA. It’s not so much a taste as a mouth feel. Honestly can’t put my finger on it. But, it changes as it steeps. YMMV, but I thought at 4 weeks everything had settled out and melded together.

My Fresh Fig is FA too.

I saw several people who said that in the notes. That’s why I was thinking to pair it with the Ky bourbon. Perhaps I should stop resisting and just do sft on my non-fruits

That sounds strangely good to me but I can't taste caramel and candy is totally out.
