Wish you luck.I've been keeping an eye on posts regarding the Mascarpone Cheese, in hopes that I can create a proper DIY Tiramisu. It's one of my favorite desserts, so it has to be done right.![]()
@NolaMelI am really liking the WF Chocolate Chunks....Its not a milk flavor but not a full dark chocolate flavor either, but is leaning that way. I do not taste the IC at all.
eta. I bet @NolaMel would really like this one.
I guess I should make a sft also to see if I like it....lolI'm hoping the Mascarpone Cheese works it's way into my top 3 WF's.
I did 3%I guess I should make a sft also to see if I like it....lol
What % are you using?

Ty! Already put it on THE LIST. Chocolate is low on my list of needs, so it can wait for the next sale
Don't see why not to add flavors to already mixed cc, if flavor isn't there in a couple of days, then add a couple mm of base but go easy. Lots of people/vendors mix at higher % than this is.Help me out, please. Trying to recreate a recipe for a friend, and of course I don’t have the right brands. But, the recipe breaks down to approximately cc/cream 10%, peach 5%, caramel 1%, marshmallow 3%. Marshmallow has me perplexed, but whatever...
I have a cc base already steeped. Could I use that and then add how much of the other flavors in %??? My cc base is about 10% total flavors. (Please don’t try and explain the math to me. I’ve futzed with this til I got a stress headache.) I was going to add the other flavors then top off with the cc/cream base. But something tells me noooooo
I can figure out ml (ty phone calculator lol) i was afraid the base would be too much for the fruit. My understanding is, sort of a peaches and cream cheesecake, heavy on the peach .Don't see why not to add flavors to already mixed cc, if flavor isn't there in a couple of days, then add a couple mm of base but go easy. I just re read. In order to give you how many ml to add of each flavor, we need the size of bottle it is going in.
I guess that would depend on the peach you are using. I think what I would do is get a bottle to hold just the cc and the peach. Add the amount of cc to what you want the ml to be.(tester size) Then add just the peach flavor and let it set a day or two. Taste test or vape a smidge. If base is taking over peach then add more peach slowly in measured amount so you could end up with a bit less % for the cc but more % peach. When you are happy with it then I would add other flavors, but you need to find how the two flavors work together to give you what you want. Could turn out that 1 or 2 % extra of peach does what you want. But remember the cc will go down in %, adding more will just reverse what you want and you would be back at square one. Wish there was an easier way. But in order to recreate in the future you need to know what % you used.I can figure out ml (ty phone calculator lol) i was afraid the base would be too much for the fruit. Now you see why I have a headache?
My cream/cc base I make in bulk. The two peaches they knew were in the recipe I have...tfa peach and fa white peach. I’ve never mixed for someone else, and heaven knows I don’t think what I prefer works for most. The % in this are high, totaling out at 20%... way more than what I like, so I’m unsure my tasting it will be helpful. Ty for coming to my rescue.I guess that would depend on the peach you are using. YW. Hope what I suggested works, I just could not think of an easier way to do it. May I suggest you use the Fa White peach? I have tried the TFA peach at high % and it taste like grass(no, not the kind you smoke, the kind you mow, LOL).My cream/cc base I make in bulk.
