OK, I think the cheesecake discussion is over for now.
Moving on to the Pecan Shortbread. This calls for the INW Vanilla Cream which I don't have, Will use ceecee's suggestion of 1% Fresh Cream and .75% Shisha Vanilla. Also subbing the INW shortbread for WF shortbread.

So I'm going to go ahead and mix the Pecan Shortbread. I'm kind of concerned with the sweetness of the Butter Pecan but we shall see.
I got it mixed. Smells good and sweet also. Hoping for less on the sweet. Got to see if I can come up with another shortbread recipe.

My order from DIY vape Supply should be here tomorrow and I will mix up a batch of @ceeceeisme recipe for the Butter Pecan. I didn't really care for the ice cream version of Butter Pecan but then again I am not big on those types of vapes anyway.

I haven’t even cracked the lid yet. Forgot I had my followup with the oral surgeon today for my implant, which ate up a chunk of my day. Hoping to mix a couple cookies tomorrow. I don’t remember seeing sweet in reviews for butter pecan, but that doesn’t mean much
I love Butter Pecan in RL and also those shortbread cookies you can get in the yellow bag at the grocery store.....maybe my expectations are too high for the vape version of it. All I can do is try it. Not a big fan of vaping ice cream flavors or heavy thick tasting type of mixes.
I can handle sweet as long as its not too sweet. A little is ok.

Smell is such a big part of tasting things. And ya'all thought I had lost my mind when I mentioned it a while back. lol

The Butter Pecan also smells yummy so I'll just have to wait and see what it ends up tasting like. I've had the bottle for awhile and I apparently mixed something forgettable with it.
I don't remember the Butter Pecan Ice Cream tasting sweet. I just didn't like the mouth feel, way too heavy for me. That's not to say that flavor for ceeceeisme recipe isn't sweet cause I don't know yet. Oh well, time will tell.....
I have an old Strawberry Cheesecake recipe that I consider one of my best. Oddly it uses twice the flavor % I usually can vape and it gets away with it. I said I'm not a strawberry snob but I'm afraid to mix it with any other strawberries than the ones I used in fear it would change the taste. Sadly I'm out of both so had to put them on my wishlist.
Sure. This is an older one of mine. Lots of flavor in it but it just works for me for some reason
