Yes, I did. I made it @ 3% but it could go 4%. A little light at 3%, tho mixed it on 11/30, it may need a little more time. It is chocolate, nothing special about it that I can taste, yet anyway.

It has a light taste--mouth feel wise---not a heavy one and I don't taste creamy at all and I don't taste dark either.

Saturday plans folks? My #1 plan is to put a label on the bottle of cheesecake base I mixed before I forget what's in it.I also can get it off my counter. I may mix a tester of Ruby Chocolate and I may mix the Juicy Strawberry Cheesecake but on the top of the to do list is getting some more mess off my counter and that means putting a .... load of flavors away (I got behind)
Well I got a label on my cc base,mixed the tester,added a bit of mascarpone to my Chocolate cream cookie. I've also started to put flavors away and I found that I have the OOO Milky Undertones. I don't remember getting that one.My counter is at least looking better. Not sure if I'll mix today or not.

Go to my office Christmas Party AIEEEEE why did I say I would go? Gotta find a white elephant gift around the house somewhere. If you don't know that game, it is the WORST. You find the weirdest most awful gifts and wrap them then there is a bunch of "stealing" that can happen.
It combines the worst part of gift giving with the worst part of wrapping something beautifully.
I think the Pontiac's car emblem might be around here somewhere but I also have the feeling the kid wants it/wanted it? I surely don't care at this moment.

I’m going to try to get the Ella’s shortbread biscuit and hazelnut cereal mixed today and grab something new to try no matter what it is. My cap horchata seems to have gone flat. I’m also thinking about a simple two flavor raspberry pudding.
