Here you go - Mango Sticky Rice. I made a couple of changes and no doubt you will too — still taste like mango sweet rice to me though.

I included multiple rices because the many rice pudding recipes I've studied all include at least two and as many as four rice flavors, and the notes said this was essential to get the riciness in there. Hey, at least I left out the rice crispy treats and rice crunchies, eh?
I absolutely want an orange zest flavor, not a juice, and my rough research suggested Royal Orange was such. @Letitia is an orange pro, I believe? Maybe she'll point me toward what I need.
The fig was intended to back up to the raisin, by the way. Plus I like figs in rice pudding. But I think I'll save it for later.
The butter and brown sugar were included simply because I use both butter and brown sugar when I make rice pudding. Neither may be necessary.
Anyway, here is the revision:
2 (FE) Sweet Rice
2 (CAP) Horchata
2 (CAP) Vanilla Custard
.5 (FLV) Raisin Rum
.1 (FLV) Rich Cinnamon (I will add this only if the Horchata doesn't add enough cinnamon)

Of course, finding all of these in one place is proving difficult, and, in any case, I'm beginning to think I should set this project aside till I become more expert. Now I want to concentrate on stocking a basic larder so that I can experiment. But I'm tired today and thus easily overwhelmed, so that's on hold for the nonce as well.

I knew for sure you would not use coconut. For me I did not use TFA Coconut Candy and CAP Super Sweet or any sweetener for that matter. I do like coconut though and bought OoO Coconut Candy a few months ago. May just try it in this recipe.
