I think it was the supreme unricepuddingness of it that got to me. Sort of like biting into a mushroom when you're expecting a hunk of meat in a mouthful of stew.
True but sometimes in this game smell and taste are not the same.

Order (much larger than planned) placed, along with one for a second organizer. I am going to be so loaded! And though I will slowly do sfts, I know I will be too excited to resist mixing small batches of a few recipes that seem like pretty sure things once I have everything in hand. Can't imagine that the results will be any more disappointing than some of the commercial juices I've tried.
Zazie, are you getting one of the organizers from Amazon?

Oh, of course. I'm an idjit.
Never! If you need to ask, chances are; there is at least one other person reading this thread, that is wondering too. :D
    Are mints generally snv or???
For me, they are mostly SnV. If the aromatics are a little to in-your-face; a couple of days can help sellte them down. Of course, I imagine it also depends on what additional flavors one might be using too. Long steepers are still going to require time.

The FLV 15ml bottle is Much shorter than the PUR 10ml bottle.
@dc99 is referring to these (Flavorah glass "pip tip" bottles):
    upload_2019-3-17_17-50-27.png

The 15mL bottle stands 4.125" tall (w/ cap on). The last 10mL Purilum bottle I bought (07/2018) stands 2.875". I don't know if NR has changed 10mL bottle size since then.
    :)

I get what Flavorah was trying to do: make a dropper friendly bottle, while retaining the benefit of storing in glass. But, from a practical standpoint; they are kind of a PITA to use. They are excessively tall, top heavy (when inverted), and just don't feel right in my hand. I am also skeptical about how beneficial the glass really is, now that they have added all that extra dead air space. I would have rather seen them go to the more standard PET/LDPE drip-tip bottles that everybody else uses, and pass the savings from using a more economical bottle along, to us.

    But... that's just me. :D

(Note: Flavorah only packages in 15mL and 4oz. bottles. Other sizes, like the 10 and 30ml bottle BCF offers, are re-bottled by the retailer (w/Flavorah's blessing) This is a typical Flavorah page from BCF:

Only the 15mL size comes with the Pip Tip bottle.)

Just plain mint. Boring, yes, but it’ll do in the Flint with extra nic to pod-ify it. TY for the quick answer. In your face is perfect for mint to me.

Ah ha.I see it all clearly now. My 15ml FLV are rebottled then and I'm glad of it.

tThe ones I hate are the FLV bottles

Oh those are horrible. There was some back and forth with the FLV rep about those bottles several months ago on ERL. The consensus was that very few people were happy with the design. The rep I believe said they were “listening to their customers” which I had thought meant they’d change back to the older bottles or do something different but I haven’t seen anything about it since.

I’ve only bought a few of their flavors since the change because of price and those horrible bottles.

Oh right those pita FLV bottles!! Hate them lol! They are very awkward for me to use like you say they’re top heavy. With MS I don’t need any extra difficulties trying to squeeze the concentrates into a bottle.
