I got VERY lucky in finding one domestically for $149.95 with free shipping. That was like finding a unicorn. :D On the price, you have to factor in that it is a dna 75C mod.

Gotta love finding those "unicorns" of vape gear!

I saw that VaporRange did have them in stock for $169.95 with Free S/H, but they've sold out. I wouldn't have gotten 1 anyway, though some are pretty wood patterns and colors. I have several of the JAC Sandstorm mods with the dna 75B chip, and I'm happy with them. I doubt I'd even notice a difference between the chips, the way I vape. :)

Seems like the recipes popping up of late use FA Premium Custard. Custard — The Quickening has too many similar creamy like flavors so for me there is not much of a punch factor to it. I like creamy however there is a limit. The most balanced recipe I make using Premium Custard is one of HIC’s and it is his Teddy Bear Custard.

I’ve been thinking about trying the quickening with 3-5% raspberry. Or even some other fruit.

I’ve only got one dna mod and it’s an hcigar that I bought on clearance for less than $50. I’m a bit of a cheapskate. I really like my vaporesso and geekvape mods and have never spent near $100 for a mod. I’m sure all those dna mods are really nice but I just can’t bring myself at this point to pay $150-200 for a mod. Maybe after my youngest daughter finishes college then I’ll allow myself to a treat or two.

On a side note, I’m still liking the rhubarb custard one shot. The custard has come around better but it still has a little zing from the rhubarb. I would probably buy it again.

If I could find a deal like that, I'd get one in a heartbeat.

I think I may feel well enough to give my sft’s a spin today as well. It’ll feel good to do something vape related besides just the vaping part lol!

Well I didn’t get to my sft’s but I did rewick 2 RTAs so that was a big accomplishment.

just a little mixing today... tried my pb chocolate cup again but forgot to use less cream in it...originally it was to dry, then it wasn't dry but flavor lacking....need to find a happy medium...
also decided to try to make a caramel apple pie cheesecake, we'll see how that turns out...
I wanted to do a banana nut bread but sadly i only have about 2 drops of banana left
thinking to make one more tonight, just not sure what yet
well the caramel apple pie cheesecake is ok, needs a bit of tweaking
right now it's more of a heavily caramel covered apple...next time less caramel and maybe more cheesecake, though if i wasn't impatient and let it actually steep it might turn out better, but that ain't gonna happen :p
whew that baked bread is strong....I added 1 drop of it to a 10ml of a strawberry cream pastry i've been working on...i thought at one drop it would help but oye that's all i'm tasting right now...well I won't be doing that again...maybe after it steeps it'll mellow out
and still mainly only tasting the baked bread with a hint of strawberry...not what I was going for but this could be good for jam on toast

Hoping to finish trying the sft's today, only 4 left. Then I hope to start gathering mixing %'s for the next batch. I'm really hoping to get a few mixed so I can put them away.Right now I have way too many bottles decorating my kitchen counter.

Got my flavors yesterday, Nic base and VG finally coming today. So I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions or ideas as what to do with some of the flavors..

    Apple candy-TFA
    Watermelon candy-TFA

    And

    Blueberry-CAP
    Blue raspberry cotton candy-CAP

These are the other flavorings I have to work with:
    Menthol-fw, sweet strawberry-cap, cheesecake (Graham crust)-tfa, vanilla custard v2-cap, sweet cream-cap, Bavarian cream-la, and super sweet-cap

The Apple candy and watermelon candy I, of course, want to combine.. likewise with the blueberry/blue razz. But what I don't really know about is secondary ingredients that balance juices out. Or maybe these 2 flavor combos don't need it? I'm here to learn.

You must have a sweet tooth. Several of those are way too sweet for me but maybe a very simple and basic strawberry cheesecake?
