Random DIY mixing and More

Got my flavors yesterday, Nic base and VG finally coming today. So I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions or ideas as what to do with some of the flavors..

Apple candy-TFA
Watermelon candy-TFA

And

Blueberry-CAP
Blue raspberry cotton candy-CAP

These are the other flavorings I have to work with:
Menthol-fw, sweet strawberry-cap, cheesecake (Graham crust)-tfa, vanilla custard v2-cap, sweet cream-cap, Bavarian cream-la, and super sweet-cap

The Apple candy and watermelon candy I, of course, want to combine.. likewise with the blueberry/blue razz. But what I don't really know about is secondary ingredients that balance juices out. Or maybe these 2 flavor combos don't need it? I'm here to learn.

I'd do an sft of each first, say a 10 ml batch at 5%. (So 1/2 ml of flavor and top to 10 with your nic/pg/vg base.) That way you find out what it actually tastes like to you, and have a better idea of how they might work with each other. I suspect the watermelon may be "weak", but I've not used the candy version. (Then again, watermelon isn't a real strong flavor irl )

I'm guessing sft means single flavor test, which I will do. I'll start low, I was also thinking at 5% and work from there.

Same with yours. I am interested in the balance too. It might be that CAP Vanilla Custard, with the FA Premium, might be too much custard. It might be that TFA Vanilla Swirl would be the best sub for the Butterscotch Swirl, texture wise. IDK Maybe I will try it 3 ways and see which pops for me. I do want to hear what you think of the recipe as written.

FWIW I did hear back from DIYFS regarding Holy Vanilla. They had to change the recipe because one of the ingredients is no longer available so v2 is the replacement. I will order v1 while it is available.

I ordered the original Holy Vanilla and it should be here this week. I am going to mix up three versions with replacements for the Butterscotch Ripple when the Holy Vanilla arrives. I ordered that from Chefs which just shipped so it will be next week before I have that. I am still leery of it but surprises do happen.

I haven't tried any of the .8 coils. How do they compare to the 1.6/ plex/ plex 3d?

I think they're my favorite, but I have tried the 3D yet. As I said in the Zenith thread, I like that they allow me to bump the power a little higher, and they last longer than the .5s.
