HIC's Black Pepper Ice Cream on E L R is popular. I haven't mixed it but do use FA Black Pepper in my Chai Tea recipe.

PS - my BCF order went from pre-shipment to arriving in my town overnight. USPS has some updating problems.

Mine was just delivered at the po today this afternoon. Nothing from original msg that said po awaiting package to delivered at @ something is pm. I just got in and found it......So me thinks that maybe both systems(po and bcf) are having system problems----considering whats weird in Fran's post about the flavors still being in cart.......huh??

hehehehe nothing fancy, just threw it together last night to see if it would be decent and really came out good, i'm trying to make a cream for a pastry, it still needs something though don't know what but it'll work
Yogurt (FW) 2%
Sweet Cream (TFA) 2%
Meringue (TFA) 2%
Vanilla Custard (FW) 2%
Whipped Cream (TFA) 2%
Condensed Milk (PUR) 2%
French Vanilla (TFA) 2%

I also did this for a coconut cream but this to me was more of a milkshake though....

Since you're going for a cream for a pastry I would go for either Bavarian Cream or Mascarpone.

A Chai Tea recipe, you say? Yet again, I have to say care to share?

I based mine on HIC's Vanilla Chai Latte recipe but added, at HIC's suggestion, ginger and black pepper. I also added an additional cream and made a few other changes. It is a daunting, 11 ingredient recipe. Mine is different enough from HIC's that I am comfortable sharing it here.

I just noticed a mistake. I used INW Honey rather than FA Honey. I think it does make a difference. I make a 10% solution with honey in PG and then use the solution at 2.5% which makes it MUCH easier. LOL

and even a diy recipe for it I donno I may try it, i like pineapple pizza but then I use garlic sauce instead of tomato sauce

One of my bcf orders arrived. Of course it was the smaller one. That’s ok, I’m going to try to mix a couple recipes later using the flavors I needed that did arrive. Fingers crossed for the other order tomorrow.
