I really need to take of about 15 pounds myself. I got out of exercising as much last year and think my metabolism is slowing some as I get older. I feel best around 185 and my last weigh in was 199. That’s too heavy for me. No promises but I’ll try to get back into some kind of regular exercise routine.
You would probably feel better. I'm still trying to gain a few.

That is strange. Maybe the center pin on the solo wasn’t making good contact?
Very possible, Hitt. Just the act of removing and replacing atties might be altering the connection and in a way that just happens to drive me nuts. All is well for the moment.

I noticed the spring action on those Solo center pins are very tight. Takes a good amount of pressure to move them.

Well come on over. Two neighbors brought us platters of cookies and treats. You can have as much as you want.

May your new years be flavorful and delicious and safe and happy and joyous and etc.

@hittman , "they" (not sure who they are) say couples are happiest pre-child birth, then afterwards, when the kids are gone. Ih have no clue if this nebulous statement is true, i mean I have not looked for the study and I'm sure generations could mess with it, too, and other factors. But, perhpas it wil lbe fantastic. I will say I do miss the kid, but there is also somewhat less stress in my life. Sort of. IDK. Maybe it's bunk.

@Bronze can't you contact Geekvape official on theiir area? They are really good abuot customer service. Really good. Even if it's more than 12 weeks they might do something.

    Happy new year!

It's back working again, for now. Not sure how much effort I want to put into a $26 mod.

Maybe it just wanted to aggravate you?
    No doubt about it!

Had a similar problem with my truck. For three years the engine would cut out on me. Right in the middle of the highway or wherever I happened to be. Happened every half year or so and then gradually the frequency increased to every couple weeks. Could not find the cause to save my life. Replaced a bunch of stuff to no avail. Finally a few months ago I reconditioned the connector that goes in the computer. 60 wires in some of the most meticulous work I've done. Haven't had a problem since. But for three years it tormented me. Nothing worse than intermittent/random electrical connections.

That repair tested it. I fix almost everything car n housewise unless I don't have access to parts, special tools, or equipment. But this one had me on the edge. 60 freaking wires all packed inside a small connector. Each one held in with a tiny plastic tab that broke easily. Just keeping track of which wire went into each slot in the connector was enough to make a sane man go mad. Then actually removing and replacing the wires back in the connector without busting the little plastic tabs about put me in the loony bin.

Well @Bronze I am here at least PART of today, so perhaps your Solo will like, leave you in poeace. LOL.

I asked the husband, "So we are RESTING this NY right?" He was like "Oh, thank God." I will say like, that repair looks like something my husband would do. He does not stand for things that Will Not Behave (except me).

Just this morning he fixed the coffee urn, which has been acting strangely. He could even EXPLAIN what the problem was.

I called him "My own personal life hack" and I think he liked it.

Oh @FranC, I hope so TOO. My poor boss's wife came by yesterday to give me my Provider Mandated Gift which was a stressball (LOL I hope everyone got them not just me) and she was like, "Oh.... Anna." (She really does love me.)

i was just like, 'It's okay, Dr. Boss's wife, my husband is here right now and I am starting to feel a lot better,. Don't worry about it, I am sure it Needed to be Done" or whateveer,.

Then she went on about how everyone in Douglas loved me, and I was like, "Yes, I think Douglas is my place to be. So, I'm sure things will get better. Really,."

I do enjoy having the kids around but also am about ready for them to be on their own. It’s a double edge sword.

I run into a lot of intermittent electrical and electronic problems in my work. Perhaps the issue on the solo was an electronic glitch.

Yours is the PG version. I have other words I use. :)

There truly is nothing worse than a bad, intermittent, electrical connection. Near impossible to diagnose.
