Morning mixers.

While not hitting the numbers some are, mid 80s here is perhaps similar, and of course, a dry heat is unheard of here... presumably after today it will be dropping.

Just my opinion but you need that Bilberry with your Blueberry. You may taste Blueberry better than I do. I find it a weak flavor that needs the Bilberry boast.
I did try this blueberry cheesecake, but it didnt turn out well at all.

Blueberry cheesecake
- blueberry extra tfa - 3%
- bilberry FA - 1%
- Blueberry-FW - 2%
- yes we Cheesecake-INW - 3%
- mascarpone WF - 1%
- cheesecake (graham cracker crust) TFA - 1%
- NY cheesecake v2 CAP - 1%
I stepped it for 1.5 months and even further steeping didnt improve it much, after 2+ months it was okay but not good. It tasted weird, just plain bad

Not sure why that would taste bad. Yes we cheesecake isn’t my fav, but it doesn’t taste bad. It’s a decent cheesecake. I really can find no way why it would taste bad. I don’t mix a lot with blueberry because I have a hard time tasting it.

Just mixed this up, kiwi cheesecake with a sudden inspiration, or sudden ineptitude (time will tell) to add a bit of lemon meringue tart

    Kiwi cheesecake
    - cheesecake (Graham crust) tfa - 3%
    - kiwi fa - 4%
    - meringue fa - 2%
    - Graham cracker v2 cap - 2%
    - lemon meringue tart vt - 1%

It'll need a bit of steep time methinks
Let me know when/if it passes muster, and I'll add it to the blog.

Not sure either but I think I'll start off with using Blueberry CAP. I've had good success with that. And maybe add Blueberry extra. I'm thinking something was off with the blueberries, but I cant be certain. Could be the yes we cheesecake though.

I worked on a blueberry cookie recipe for a while and FW blueberry was recommended to me with the addition of bilberry. I was looking for a strong blueberry flavor to complement the cookie but never felt like I got the result I was looking for.

I sent BCF an email about whether Lemon SC is the same as FE lemon. Someone in the reviews on BCF said they were pretty sure it was, but I'd like to know for certain. I also inquired if they would ever sell one shots by DIY or die in the future, some of those on flavorjungle look very good. I know a lot of you source from multiple vendors, but I'd prefer a one stop shop.
