I'm not great at math like that. Just wanted to tell you I have a couple of recipes with under 4% flavor that are very flavorful.
thanks Fran. Lesson learned for sure. I am not good with math either and even trying to figure it out makes my head spin

Very steep on the side yard where I would drive it up. Large wide mowers get up it but I don't think a small one would. And if it quit on me I have no clue how I would get it down to be serviced. I have to weedeat the steepest part of my front yard. Barely can stand on it.
It has a gadget on the side to engage so you can push the mower, it isn't too hard to push.

Hi PJ and welcome back! I have two Asmodus mods--Colossal and Tribeaut. They are great mods, but I don't reach for them very often. The interface is fussy on the Colossal. I really like my Aegis Solo. I like it so much that I'm getting more. Ergonomically designed, very comfy to handle, simple, and do TC well, if that's of interest to you.

    Good luck!

    ETA: n/m n/a ;)

I have two Solos and do like them. I also like the Colossal and don't have any issues with it at all. I love Asmodus mods but am realizing that they are not built for durability. The battery door magnets are a problem, at least for me. I like single battery mods myself but wanted to have at least one dual battery mod that was durable. I guess now I will have two. LOL

here for help again. Hoping some of you more experienced mixers can help me attain this answer that I have been racking my brains to get.
I found and made a recipe of all Flavorah flavorings. The total of flavoring only added up to 5%. I made this juice 70vg.
After I made it and waiting for it to steep I thought to myself "5%, that's not enough flavorings, why didn't I increase it?"
So I increased it. By 'editing' the recipe on ELR and then subtracting the difference between 7% and 5% and adding that.
Now it is way to strong. Yes, I know, I should have tasted it before I did this.
How can I figure out how much more PG and VG to add to get it back to its original state?
I would have thought the way to do it would be the same way I figured out the flavorings but NO because when checking the difference between the two, in the one with only 5% flavorings, the PG is actually higher then the one with the 7% flavorings.
This gave me a whole new sense of confusion.
    Any help is greatly appreciated.
What about just adding half your mixture to base and adjust if you need more flavor after that?

Did you look at the Kroma-R. Pretty tough pv. I have one.

I missed this post yesterday and am sorry about that. I will take a look at the Kroma-R. It was just that after some research, I had decided that the Aegis mods have the durability I am looking for. I am not hard on mods but I suppose anything I use daily will get some wear and tear.

The reason the pg is higher in the first is because the flavoring you added to get up to 7% is pg based so by upping the flavor to 7% then you increased the pg percentage. If you dilute with pg and vg then it will also affect the nic level. If you aren't too concerned with the percentages being off a little then I'd just add 2% of pg or vg to the mix to dilute it but like I said it would lower the nic level. I keep a bottle of 70/30 15mg mixed on hand and would just add from that if it were me making the adjustment.

I have two of the kroma-r mods. They are nice but are only single battery. I've noticed on mine that even if I run them on VW high that I have to run them a couple watts higher than I would on other mods.

It’s a single battery mod but it’s hefty and I’m betting tough also. Also good looking.

Upping the flavorings from 5% to 7% is a 40% increase. Wouldn't one need to add 40% more base (i.e., nic/VG/PG) to return to the 5% flavoring level?

I'm not sure. If you were making a 10ml bottle then 1ml would be 10%. So when you increased the flavor by 2% then wouldn't you dilute the same way? The way I was thinking of it is if I added .2 ml of flavor then I would add .2ml of pg or vg. I am no expert at all on dilution. I very possibly could be totally wrong.I was just trying to help. I wish Joel was here. He was good at that.

So you are saying, make a 70% VG base of like 100mls, and then add my mix to that, treating my mix as flavorings? I get it. Good idea!!

Here's what I figure: Say you mix 10mls at 5% flavoring. The mix would contain .5ml flavoring and 9.5ml vg/pg/nic base. If you add 2% more flavoring, you end up with 10.2mls at 6.86% flavoring, assuming you calculated the flavoring based on your original 10ml mix. If you add 3.8mls of base, you end up with 14mls total, .7ml of which is flavoring, for a total flavor percentage of 5%.
    I wish Joel was here.
Me, too. I sure hope he's okay.

My brother wants to get off of cigarettes, I have mixed him 6mg of nicotine, but didn't help. He smokes Marlboro lights about 15 a day. What nic strength should I mix?
Depends on the build, watts I guess.. but I'd guess at least double that without any more info
