I have 2. They work fine. I am using one ATM.

I'm thinking about getting a couple of those. We have a big house that's rather difficult and expensive to keep cool (high ceilings), and just the two of us. OTH, we get sea breezes most of the time and don't use AC all that often--only when we get heat waves like now.

Hello, Mixers! Hope everyone is doing well.

Haven't read back, sorry--I can't keep up with your thread, Frannie.

The problem with that is we have 2 separate living rooms and 2 bedrooms we'd have to cool.
If both bd's are needed and are close together, one will cool it to bearable. I only use one for the entire upstairs and one for downstairs. Also, if nothing else, have everyone stay in one area temporarily.

Some old tech lives on. A lot of folks still use the Mini Sub daily.

I don't use mine anymore, but it's in my stash. It's a very nice and extremely versatile tank. It was my favorite tank for a long time.

I thought tp was pretty odd.
On the list of things I don’t want to be without, tp ranks pretty high. Coffee probably tops the list (for world safety lol). It’s the random items that make me go hmmmm... like not being able to find cream of chicken soup for several weeks, or raisins.
In mixing news, flavors are all loaded into ELR. Had quite a few more than I recalled
Printing recipes and crossing fingers that I mix today.

I'm hoping that I'll like the coils I bought and can keep them as a solid back up.

I have a bunch of Kanger coils and BVC coils (that work fantastically in my Subtank), but I do count on my RBA coil for Vapocalypse insurance. It works and is not bad at all.

That’s why we got a window unit for the bedroom. We can leave the ac higher in the rest of the house, close the bedroom door at night and crank the window unit down to subzero. I was surprised at how quiet the new units are, and how much $$ we saved on the electric bill!

I would have suggested window units but I don't think DL or his wife could lift them into window . They seem to have no help.

Are those the Kanger tanks that came with the subtank kit, had occ coils?
The old Kanger Mini Subtank. The original coils were the OCC.(square). Those are what I have plus the RBA's.
