Just made a mini-scalloped potato dish in a mini loaf pan. Had just 2 potaoes and an onion so I said why not? Should be great, since it's way smaller that normal I'm going to go 1/2 hr covered at 350, uncover and go from there.

There was a German cake shop near me in London. They sold a cake that was used in their country for special occasions. It was a rich fruit cake, like Christmas cake but even richer. All the usual stuff like cherries and walnuts, plus it had chunks of marzipan baked into it. I wrote down the name and sent it to my mother, she found a recipe and made some. She baked every day and even she said it was too much work. Best cake I ever tasted though.

I've always hated store bought fruit cake but tried a home-made one and loved it.

That is one heck of a cake recipe... Wow! Really does sound like a lot of work but I like everything that goes into it (might try to make that for Christmas)

Do you remember last year I attempted to "vape Thankgiving dinner"? Actually gave up on that idea because of all the bad reviews on savory and meat flavors... will also pass on doing a "vape Christmas dinner".

So I’m getting my Dad a Hot Rod magazine subscription. Perfect. Gift that keeps on giving and he loves all things about cars. I gave my Mom a Reader’s Digest subscription years ago and I just pay it every year for her. She loves it. I found all kinds of things for my son. I’ll look closer at everything tomorrow before I buy. One will definitely be a Gun Digest 2021 book. My brother would love it too so that’s one for Mom. Barbie stuff for my niece from Mom. I think I’m done with my gifts. Need more for Mom to give though. I also rearranged stuff and cleaned house so I can decorate tomorrow. Got all my bins of decorations spread out in the basement so I can just go down there and start bringing it up in the morning. I may just finish tomorrow as I planned. We’ll see...it’s a lot of decorating. We will be glowing tomorrow night for sure.

I have FA Coco', TPA Coconut Extra, FLV Coconut, and TPA Coconut Candy. Any idea which might work best? I also need to figure out how much concentrate would be the equivalent of the 1.5 teaspoons of extract @Skeebo's recipe calls for.

Just guessing, but we ordered some flavors (for adding to coffee) and they are weaker than our "vape flavors".
