Do you find doing yoga in the morning or at night more beneficial? Or does it make a difference to you?

It's probably better in many ways to do it first, I have more energy in general, I tend to be less cranky at work and really, if I do it at night I feel rushed all day, not to mention, ah, like I boost my metabolism JUST before I eat a gigantic meal and then bed, it's probably way less effective like, uh, metabolism wise.

Until recently I have hated the 4:20 awakening time but now I have fixed my melatonin provided I don't get sleep deprived... There are benefits. For one, if I get up at 4:20 it is GUARANTEED I will do it in a timely fashion as there is NO REASON to get up that early otherwise and the rest of my day is easier. Etc.

You are, per most Yoga gurus supposed to get up when it is dark and go directly to your yoga mat and no coffee no nothing. The day that happens will be the day I just vanish, like Buddha.

Best of luck on the blueberry. I am going to give the WF Blueberry Smoothie a try. I think I will do a simple two flavor mix with it today. Maybe pair it with something like LB Vanilla Ice Cream.

If it’s anything like the wf blueberry milkshake then you may need to add some extra blueberry.

Huh, I didn't know WF had a blueberry milkshake. I knew vape Train has one, but I haven't tried it.

Actually, your right. I mixed up my brands. It is VT. Hard to keep track sometimes when you’ve got 600 flavors.

Good morning from the land of the ice and snow :)
Getting dumped on currently, about a foot will fall today. It's a good day to finally put up our Christmas tree. I bought a nice 7 ft pre-lit fake one, but looks very real.

You can keep all the snow there this year. It wouldn’t bother me if we didn’t get any.

I had a fake one at home for years. Everyone thought it was real.

Good morning, all. My plans for the day were canceled by my body. Yesterday at the farm, I did too much walking, stooping, and bending. My back and knees are screaming their displeasure in my actions. Oh well, that is why I have those lovely white pills. They really don't help the pain too much, it is more that I don't care about the pain. I could still go back to the farm today, however, I don't feel safe driving.
I don't have the luxury of letting my e-juice steep. I'm still re-learning DIY with flavors and vaping after a warm bath and mixing with the milk frother. I'm really liking a Creamy Marshmallow that could probably improve with steeping but I don't want to waste a batch if the steeping doesn't improve it or I no longer like it after steeping. I'm frugal not a cheapskate. lol

 I started vaping at 48mg and above....I'm now down to 1.5mg :pervy:
and bwahahaha diy started out around 25%
but we are talking carts on crappy cig-a-likes some 7 years ago :p then upgrading to a protank on an ego

I'm technically a tootle puffer (low wattage vaping), usually never really going over 12w but with the profiles I have to, usually around 25w
if I go above 30w it will irritate me and I'll start hacking up a lung

I was mtl but now I'm dl, really only because there weren't any mtl rdas around so had to get used to airy vapes.
When I started vaping I started on 24mg/ml and slowly moved down to 9mg/ml. I really wasn't happy with the 9mg so I have settled on 12mg and really like it. I'm a restricted DTL vaper not fully DTL or MTL. I won a couple of Ares 2 tanks and really like the adjustable airflow. It is perfect for me and the deck on the 24mm Ares 2 and Ares 2 LE are super easy for building. I actually have a couple more on order from Sourcemore. You may want to check some of the reviews and think about s new RDA.
Oh, a question on steeping, should the e-juice be capped or uncapped during the process?
    Stay safe and well.

    Capped while steeping.

@Diver9543 mentioning the Ares 2 reminds me that I apparently broke one of mine. One of the screws that holds the coil in place no longer appears to screw in all the way. So the coil won't stay in place. I noticed when I first built on it, I had a horrible time trying to unscrew it the first time. The LE's didn't cost me anything (contest win), but it is still pretty disappointing. I use the Ares 2 all the time.

I wasn’t impressed at all with the Ares 2. I’m glad I didn’t have to review it. I had to buy special wire to get any kind of decent flavor out of it. It has gone to that dark place called storage and may never be seen again.

If they’d stop coming out with new brands then I’d have less.
I might but a very small amount of something new once in awhile. Been going through my cases and have another bunch to piff. Someday I’ll get closer to 200.

I know you were not a fan, but I like it. I use one pretty much every day. I have no idea what the hell happened with that screw though.

Just another example about how we can like different stuff.
