HOF peanut butter. Too bad it's only available in MI.

Might be available to order online.. and looks like it is and more expensive than stores.. but it's worth every penny.

Caught in a landslide, no escape from reality...
"Beelzebub has a devil put aside for me..."
Actually (no joke) I'm really relating to the lyrics of that song... have been exposed to COVID  Getting tested Tuesday. Live with my mother and nephew (shares his son with the ex) His kid is here often and has tested positive (mom is 81 and very concerned) So far, we are not sick.

Not sure if they're exactly Christmas cookies(peanut butter chocolate kiss), but my mom made them every Christmas holiday season.. they were my favorite, and so I of course make them too.. I made a heap of them, and turned out fantastic. I make mine a little different than hers. I make them mostly vegan, mostly organic, and with special dark Hershey kisses instead of regular. I'm convinced the peanut butter is the key to success. these taste just as good, maybe even better, as ones with eggs/butter.

Nice! My wife made my mother's chocolate chip cookie recipe today and they turned out great.... It's one of the last pieces of hand written stuff I have from my mother so I cherish the paper itself.

Having a hard time with Provaris.

My purple mini has a sticky fire button which doesn't pop back out. I soaked it in contact cleaner, that's worked in the past. It worked this time but only for a couple of days. I found what is supposed to be the same button that Provari used on Ebay for $12, with instructions on how to replace it. Might give that a try. It would take some precision soldering that's beyond my previous experience though.

My blue full size wouldn't work at all. Finally figured out there's a piece missing. Where the battery positive meets the board there's a piece of plastic with a notch cut out for the battery button. Looked at another Provari, there should be a metal clip that fits over the plastic in the notch and goes down to the positive contact on the board. I was using that one not long ago and it was fine. The metal clip must have come loose and fallen out. Searched my desk but the piece is smaller than a match head. I might be able to make a replacement if I take the board out. But it also has a messed up screen cover and the paint is peeling off, it's so crappy that it started dissolving when I cleaned the threads with alcohol.

Always figured Provaris were the mods I would be left with when all the others had died.

Might be a good idea to stock some Solos or something.

    Somewhere between here and there
My youngest daughter made a giant batch of gingerbread cookies the other day. I’ve eaten more than my fair share this weekend.

No mixing done this weekend but did see another recipe by Julia Su on FB that looks good but like every other one, I’m missing a couple flavors.

    Strawberry & Cream

    MF Strawberry 2.5%
    FLV Cream 1%
    INW Vanilla Cream 0.5%

    6-7 week steep

I tested it this morning. It's good and a keeper. Smooth and creamy. MF strawberry is a weaker flavor compared to many of the other Medicine Flower flavors. Folks at ELR say the same.

I'll likely add something (cake, biscuit or a cookie) to it to give it a foundation. Maybe yogurt??? Not sure, yet. Still thinking.
Let me know when you decide lol. I’ll be waiting ;). I’m liking all the MF ones I’ve tried so far.

Which FB group are you in? I'm in the DIYorDie Mixers Collective and see her stuff sometimes...

I’m saved from all the gingerbread stuff. I don’t like it.

I don't like menthol but I love ice (ws-23). If you add that you get the cold throat hit, I'm addicted to it!
I've seen ws-23 on some vendor's sites, but I was never quite sure what to do with it.
Tell me with what you mix it?

    Another is "Koolada" . . .

    Which I enjoy more then WS-23 . . .

    .
Same question to you. What do you mix the Koolada with? And I'm only asking because I was never interested in menthol type of juice or "feeling" until I tried some Black Note Menthol and I really enjoy it now.

They had to have a jeopardy type game and then open gifts. Way to dragged out. Best part of the whole thing was my great granddaughter running to the computer screaming thank you at me.
Absolutely! IMHO, Christmas is for kids. If I had my way there wouldn't be gifts among adults, just more for the kiddies.
But, I don't have my way.

I have a nice, disorganized family lol. We’re lucky we got everyone on at the same time. No way we’d get a game in there. We’re going to FaceTime my mom and aunt on Christmas morning so they can watch the kids open presents. I expect a hot mess getting that accomplished. It’s only the second time in 57 years mom hasn’t been with me for Christmas :(
There needs to be a "sad" button.

Frankly, I ain't a kid, and I'm tired of fear and paranoia. I miss getting together with people, and hugging and kissing and shaking hands. I'm willing to take the risks and let the chips fall where they will. Sadly, I'm not getting many takers.
