The only westerns that made it across the pond when I was a kid were Lone Ranger and Bronco Lane. I still remember the song from Bronco Lane.

I did do a quick mix last night with the alpine strawberry and a bit of Flv cream. Not sure how long to steep it.

I used FLV Cream when I initially tested Alpine as well. I did 3 drops of Alpine and 1% FLV cream in 30ml base.

After 3 days it was good. At 7 days it was much better. I didn't notice much of a change at 14 days.

I drank black coffee my entire life until a few years ago. I gave it up and I feel much better and sleep better. I was jittery, had afternoon caffeine crashes, and didn't sleep well on caffeine. First week was hell though with headaches. I felt the best a couple of months after quitting. I went to Starbucks once...and got black coffee. Too expensive and very high in calories for some of those coffee drinks. I sometimes added cream or milk but never sugar. I've never had an espresso or anything like that. I did drink Cuban coffee once when I lived in Miami and it gave me a horribly upset stomach as it was very strong and you only drink like a shot glass full. I had a Keurig for single servings at work and at home and loved it (I used a reusable Kcup with paper filters to not use so much plastic). Now I drink caffeine free herbal hot tea and my cabinet is full to the brim as well as a huge cookie jar full on my counter top. I'm not buying tea for a long time (a recent goal of mine). I can honestly say I have no desire to ever drink coffee again and I don't miss it whatsoever.

That's blasphemy! Just kidding. I do drink a lot of coffee and especially at work. I'm guessing I'd feel better without it but don't know for sure. I didn't start drinking coffee until I went in the army. My first cup was when I was outside on guard duty freezing my .... off and it was the only warm thing available. I can't drink it black.

I'm looking forward to more off time and I'm considering taking the Friday off before Martin Luther King day which we have as a holiday. Another four day weekend sounds nice. I should go ahead and put in for it!

I don't know for sure but don't think we get that holiday off. I don't remember.

I bought a couple of atty's this weekend, got them in the mail today. The evening is probably mostly spent inserting a pair of coils, and I will try to see if I notice any difference from KFL'19 to KFL'21.Most likely my sense of taste is so reduced that it will be exactly the same!

I'm sure your taste will get better in time.

Busy day today, already took one of my older neighbor ladies to get some groceries. I still need to take another one to get her groceries early this afternoon. Both ladies are a trip, tons of cool stories and a lot of fun.

My BCF order showed up yesterday. I will probably create another recipe or two later.

Other than that, I'll be chillin'.

I don't think you messed up. What you did might be even better. I am curious to hear what you and Fran think about Alpine.

That sounds good. Did you mix Alpine in your yogurt recipe (VT Yoghurt Drink 3% + FW yogurt 1%)? Or something else?

I've mainly been using FW yogurt. Received WF Frozen Yogurt in my BCF order and am eager to try it.

I'm thinking about .5%-1% acai.
It's a hazelnut/vbic/fresh cream mix.

Another option would be FA Vanilla Bourbon at 1%-2% depending on the %'s of your other flavors. It's a bolder and more complex earthy vanilla. And not sweet when compared to some of the other vanillas.

The FW Yogurt is my fav. I do have the frozen as well. But anyway I just used 8% FW Yogurt with my 2 drops.

I read once that Bronco didn't run for long. The actor who played him got into some religious stuff where he felt acting wasn't appropriate.
