Has anyone here tried the Butter Pecan Pie flavor from Wonder Flavors? I saw it on BCF and thought since Pecan Pie is one of only 2 pies that I have ever liked, it might be good.
Never had that one, but the WF Butter Pecan is very nice, so I'd take a chance on the pie.

I'll post one for you. Have to still decide which of 2 guys I'll choose from to do it. It's still the original 2-tone Medium Regatta Blue Metallic and Silver Metallic, with the Blue below and above the Silver. Still looks good enough that even for the last 10 years...1 or 2 strangers every month or so will ask me if I'm interested in selling it. Has happened at gas stations, stopped at a light on a 4 lane highway, in line at McDonald's and Burger King drive throughs, in the bank parking lot, at the PO, etc. Can't decide if I want it redone in the original colors (since they're both still available) and the same striping (since I have a new OEM stripe kit for it)...or change them up a bit. Since it's an antique now...is it more desirable to have it redone in the original colors and striping, with maybe a higher gloss finish? Or do something a little different...maybe more metallic or no metallic, or different shades? I can't decide. The interior is still in great shape and is the original color. What do you think?

I loved my Beetle, too, but once I got the Firebird, my parents said 1 of them had to go. :( I couldn't keep and park both at home, since all 5 of us living there each had a vehicle.

Was it old enough that it had the little, sort of paddle or mailbox flag shaped things...that flipped out from the door jam...as its turn signals? A high school friend had 1 that old.

Oops! I guess yours wouldn't have had those, since my brother's '67 Beetle didn't.
LOL. I would have liked those turn signals, but mine was newer and had these little light bulbs in the back and front which blinked.

Those Fiat Spiders were neat cars, IMO. Also, much better for a younger person than a lady who was pregnant with twins.
I loved my Fiat 124 Sport Coupe. Didn't own it long enough to have to deal with reliability issues. But, regardless, pretty and great driving car.

BTW @JCinFLA I got some of the White Coffee and mixed up your recipe. How long do you steep it?

The only time I wait, until I start vaping it...is when I shake the beegeebees out of it, take the tip and cap off, and let it sit overnight to evaporate off any possible ethyl alcohol in it. To me, it doesn't require any steeping to be really good. But, you know how that can be different for each person. :)

thanks. Yes, I know.
And I love recipes I don't have to wait a month to try (though I know some, like the tobaccos, are probably better that way.) I'll give it a try when I clean out a tank next.

I think I mentioned before that my daughter and her boyfriend are in Colorado on a trip and yesterday when I balanced my checkbook, there was a $150 charge for this Chegg study service that my daughter has used before. I’m getting a little mad since I asked her yesterday to either check on it or give me the log in information so I could and she hasn’t responded to my texts.

A Google Searched: Chegg study service - Google Search

Showed that it is a very questionable service that supposedly helps HS & college students get around what they are required to do:

Here's what the Chegg Study subscription offers:

Access to step-by-step Textbook Solutions for up to five different textbooks per month. Ability to post - and get expert answers to - 20 new study questions per month. Unlimited viewing of 25 million fully solved homework questions in our Q&A library answered by experts.

Is Chegg Study cheating?

However, using Chegg cannot be considered cheating if it is used for revision purposes, getting learning resources, and learning. The way you use Chegg is what determines whether you are cheating or not. If you use to get quick answers without studying, then you are cheating.

UPDATE: Chegg is allowed to release information to a university if it is part of an academic dishonesty investigation.

We let her sign up for it when she was struggling in chemistry class but hadn’t paid for it in a while. That’s why I was surprised when the charge came. I didn’t remember that she rented a text book from them for Spanish.

Good morning mixers. I'm back at work to start a new week. The boss is still gone but is supposed to be back tomorrow. Plenty to get done today so it should go by quick. I'm glad to have gotten the unknown charge settled from chegg and my wife is taking the missing book to FedEx today so I should get a refund after it reaches their warehouse.

Well, that's what the website says anyway that once it reaches the warehouse then a refund will be issued. It's unclear as whether we will be charged a small fee for extending the rental period or not. If it is charged it should be a small fee since the whole rental was only $33.

Good morning random folks :)Have you any plans today?

My plan is the same, to try my Cookie Yogurt when my tank is empty. If it’s any good I’ll try to think of a better name.
    Cookie Yogurt Mega-Super-Awesome Taste Explosion!

And no exciting plans to speak of, just day to day monotony.

    Good morning :)
My plans are to, excitedly, start my day with some study/practice of coding. Usually I access and use ECF on my phone, but right now I'm tapping away from my keyboard.
Hope you all have a great day.

Just curious, how did you learn about coding? I have thought about trying to learn some before but never did anything about it. I don't necessarily want to switch professions but it sounds interesting to me.

I started off the old fashioned way, with a book. Python Crash Course, and then yesterday and today I bought two more books on Javascript, and HTML & CSS. Learning coding doesn't have to be for a profession, many people learn to do it to make webpages, games, apps for their own benefit and fun. I'm not terribly far into this rabbit hole, but I'm hooked! I find it fun.
