Hello in here! Hope everyone is mixing happily! Well I had to get a new debit card. LOL the thieves were trying to pay off a account they had somewhere. They tried 2x and I had the card locked. Picked up a new card today. Such is life, right? Signed all my paperwork for in house pool job. I think that will be best because my contract states I only have to do 4 shifts a month. It works out perfect since I live with fatigue.

I'm also happy that Marketplace will open up on Feb 15. I plan on signing up. This way I don't have to worry about a full time job and end up job hopping.

Any must have SSA flavors? I'm thinking of doing a small order at BCF to check if my card is working.

I liked the Tiramisu... the ice creams were so so for me. I did a mix with the Tiramisu last night; added coffee liqueur, Cookie FA and Crispy Wafer WF, and a few other flavors. It smells great, but I am going to let it steep a while before I taste it.

What is a in house pool job?
It like a agency job. I pick and choose what hours I want as long as it is within their campus. They own four buildings related to rehab, long term care, assisted living, and advanced assisted living. I am required to work 4 days a month and can work up to 24 hours a week.

I like it, here is a description:

"Tiramisu is a coffee-flavoured Italian dessert. It is made of ladyfingers dipped in coffee, layered with a whipped mixture of eggs, sugar and mascarpone cheese, flavoured with cocoa."

Thank you! I never found a chocolate/cocoa I really liked. It does sound good! :)

I like Dessert Chocolate, Apple Strudel, Shortbread Cookie, Madagascar Vanilla, Ripe Pear, Whipped Cream.

Also have others I've yet to try, but slowly getting there.

When I had it the cocoa is just finely shaved on top... coffee liqueur, buttercream (ish), lady fingers, etc... are the predominant flavors. I skipped the chocolate flavor altogether in my mix.

LOL I was about to say the same... but I know my sense of humor can sometimes be a little too raw. I've been on a plight to tone it down lately.
I say go for it, can always cleanup messes later on. I know. don't ask how, but I do. :D

Hey guess what? Seriously now, I tested SSA Butterscotch solo at 1% and I do like it. I think it's a brighter butterscotch compared to FW Natural Butterscotch (which I call bright). SSA's is tasty and smooth. Next I'll swap out FW Natural Butterscotch for the SSA 0.5-0.75% in my recipe.

Thanks for this! I have it but I've yet to try the SSA version, but as you know.. I love me some butterscotch. I made 3 versions of your recipe. None as good as yours.... I doubled up on the butterscotch natural and the butterscotch FA, along with your recipes call for butterscotch ripple. It's a fail... Lower percentages with a good vanilla, along with a Cookie/biscuit/cream to build some body seems to be the answer.

I have the WF Butterscotch Cream Pie from my order delivered today. I've never had a butterscotch flavoring so I thought I would give it a shot.

Good to know. Thanks. For me, natural butterscotch over 1% starts tasting weird. Like a very un-natural butterscotch. I've taken FA butterscotch up to 3% but without the natural butterscotch for a darker tasting less sweet butterscotch.

I have a bottle of my butterscotch with FA Cookie at 1% mixed in. It's good.

That one does interest me and is in my cart at BCF. I started an order a few days ago that I have yet to complete.

ETA: I'm thinking that one might be a good substitute for/or a good pairing with FW Butterscotch Ripple.

Cookie FA seems to play nicely with butterscotch (in my experience), cookie dough FLV is even interesting.... What's really odd is hazelnut FW at low percentages even adds to the profile. Without even imparting a hazelnut taste.

The main reason I got it was because I saw this recipe on the WF website and thought it looked interesting...

I am waiting on mine to be delivered. I ordered it to use in one of the Wonder Flavor site recipes. Judging from what I have read from a group, as well as reviews.. it looks to be something to build on with other flavors (butterscotch).
