The plan for today, prepare the water plank for the window, vacuum out a bunch of dead bees.
My wife has made a shopping list, so I have to buy food, not something I like to do but peace in the house is more important.
Later today the package comes from Chef's, I have started a new shopping list, but not many places sell WF Nanaimo bars.

VTA Creme Brulee 4%
MB Panna Cotta 6%

Me too. It went from one extreme to the other pretty quick but I will not complain. I'd much rather be busy. Yesterday flew by.

My road to left knee replacement hit a roadblock yesterday when I went for lung testing and clearance. My tests were all worse than a year ago, significantly so, and they blamed it on vaping. They also are very unhappy that I have not used a CPAP machine in 5 years and will not clear me until I have a new machine to take with me to the hospital. Sigh. So I took home a kit and did a "Home Sleep Study" last night and have to return it today before 1pm and I have a appt with my Gastro doc (Liver guy) at 11:15 am. Busy busy! My next appt with the lung doctor is 7/26 so this is going take way longer than I had hoped. They want me to stop vaping but I doubt that will happen anytime soon.

If you need a CPAP you should probably be using it.
