Good morning plans are to recover from my 2nd vaccine dose yesterday. It hit me like a mack truck, and it was not a pleasant night and morning. Aleve this morning seems to have helped.

I hope you get better hour by hour.
My neighbors with genetic lung disease were knocked out the first day, flu, they were okay the next day.
My second dose is July 17th.

Yeah, lake Michigan is often no picnic either until the end of summer. I've frozen my .... off. But we had fun.

It's all about time and temp and activity. If your body temp goes below 95...not good.

Lake huron is pretty nice for swimming, I think because it is so shallow so far out.. takes us 5 miles off shore to get to our nets in 120 ft. Now Lake Superior on the other hand.. there was never a time for swimming in that frigid lake! Brrrr! Might be different on the Wisconsin/Michigan side.

I’d like to do some mixing tomorrow but I think this heat is frying my creativity.

I got the mowing done. It says it’s only 74 but feels like 85 with 100% humidity to me. Not planning on spending much time outside today.

LOL. I don’t go out of my way to make my mixes sweet. I find the ice cream yummy but low on sweetness. You will have to add some sweet fruits.

Yes it's tasty and quite authentic but yes you're right....I need to use it as a base for other fruits etc...having said that I'm getting less keen on added sweetness. When I vape the Mango Lassi for example and then my Raspberry cream custard it seems way too sweet...I think I'll make it without sweetener next time. I can always add it

I think I've gotten over the 2nd dose hump. A thousand times better than 12 hours ago, aleve definitely made a huge difference. I'll probably be back to normal tomorrow. It's the price some pay I guess. I haven't gotten the flu (or the vaccine) in probably a decade, but this is what it felt like.

I used to get bronchitis every year, colds all the time, et cetera when I used to smoke. Now with no alcohol for the last 3+ years coupled with no smoking I never get sick. Wife got really nervous about me, but I was very sure it was just a reaction to the shot.

I have never swum in water that warm.

It goes up to around 26 in August which I prefer. Swimming pools can be 28 or more I guess I'm soft. My Mum swims in 14°C in the UK

No you did say and that's partly why I'm going to try it without. I do like your ice cream....I didn't mean to sound disparaging

For one , I need to get the Brazilian Coffee in a mix, which is basically deciding if I’ll use milk or cream. Another is the Glazed Strawberry and I did work out a little recipe for that. That’s as far as I’ve gotten so far.

Yes @FranC 's the sweetest non sweet person I know
