Am I the only one here who doesn't mind buying gear from U.S. stores?
The shipping restrictions were always to be expected in my mind, and my state only charges an excise tax on
e-liquid, which I don't
buy, so maybe I'm less affected than others but it's not bothering me to continue business with what few U.S. retailers we have left.
it's keeping them in business a while longer anyway.
I don't like that stores, online and local, are now required to collect,
and store, your personal information as part of the PACT Act.
Per the details in the PACT Act they are currently required to report your info plus all info on items you purchase to the ATF and your state Attorney General. Too risky IMHO. Goobermint doesn't need to know what I buy.
That info is not being collected and shared with our lovely goobermint by foreign online stores. I refuse to participate in any of that kind of nonsense. For me, the cost of doing business with USA vape places is no longer worth the risk.
Goobermint took a step too far with PACT Act.
ETA: When I buy a wash machine, a gallon of milk or a screwdriver that data does not get reported to guv. Or the freakin' ATF. I mean, dang, I can go buy a gun and see less of a hassle than with vaping gear.
