People are slacking here... This is the first time I've come on forums and found this thread on page 2 of new posts... It's always on page 1... Time for some posting! Haha

My doctor added in Cymbalta (30mg once per day) along with the gabapentin I take (2400 mg a day) the gabapentin is specifically for nerve pain while the cymbalta is supposed to help with arthritis, musculoskeletal pain issues and nerve pain. I've also been taking baclofen for muscle spasms and mobic for arthritis for a couple months now..

And, this is a pretty good combination so far for the pain... The Cymbalta side affects are weird, I can't really sleep and feel shaky but some people online say that stops after taking it for a couple weeks, so I'm powering through in the hope this will pass...

But I feel pretty normal pain wise, still have it but not a hindrance to life anymore.. woohoo!

Cymbalta and gabapentin work pretty good. However, if you ever have to go off Cymbalta do it gradually. The health care professionals don't really care/or advised my son years ago about the "brain zaps". It's a form of withdrawal from the drug. Just sharing..

I took Remeron/mirtazapine for many years to help with sleep. At small doses one of it's side effects is aiding with sleep, but there is one problem with it.... It makes you eat, and I mean eat A LOT.

I think NN uses DHL when it's international, while Chef's uses Royal Mail.
DHL is not cheap but fast, the most negative is that they are very good at charging import fees.
The only ingredient order I plan is around Christmas time, and it will be from NN since they also sell Stixx Mixx.

I have 8 cups of coffee a day, that's half of what I usually drank.
