Just finished a workout. I’ve been back on a regular schedule for about three weeks now. I hope I can make myself stick with it. Im gradually seeing small improvements.

I don’t think I’m going to open any of the vape mail tonight. I have to get up early to allow for extra time driving through the snownami.

I’ve been using that arson milk recipe in my velocity pod and the flavor is great but finding the velocity awkward to hold and fire so decided to put it in a different tank. The flavor isn’t near as good. May have to try yet another tank.
