I don't have the pie crust, would crispy wafer work?

Honestly? No, not in that recipe. It would completely change the overall taste of the recipe. It would lend more of a wafer flavor to the recipe versus the pastry profile.

You could try it and see. I'm not sure how it would taste as a sub. If I were using crispy wafer in that recipe I wouldn't use more than 1% (and that might even be too high).

Why don't you get the oil leak fixed?

It would cost too much and it only leaks a little bit. I just have to keep an eye on the oil level between changes and add a quart if low. It's more of a seep than a leak.

What's the grace period on getting the tags renewed?

10 days, but I dont trust a mail in request to get the tags to me in time. Plus, an officer doesn't have to honor that 10 day grace period.

Why?

I don't think it's a particularly strong strawberry. As a single flavor I've used it up to 4%.

Normally I use Red Touch along with FA Juicy Strawberry. Something like Red Touch 2% and Juicy 1% for a more balanced strawberry flavor that's less sweet (ripe).

But I also go the other way and swap the %'s for a more ripened berry flavor.

The changes won’t make any big difference. All I did was change the rasp to .5 and the biscuit to 1%

I finally am getting a decent flow of work coming in. I think I'm becoming a grumpy old man. I've been really grumpy the last 3-4 days and hope it ends soon.

I have a package waiting on me when I get home. It's yet another review sample. Should be a pretty easy one I think. It's going to be a comparison review between some different pods.

This new one is a little different as it doesn't use coils but I think the pods are pre filled.
