I was charging a bunch of batteries
I have been using the same batteries I bought in 2014 and recently ordered six new ones cause I figured mine was going to go out any day. I cannot believe the difference a new battery makes. JC_goody.gif Now I don't want to use the old ones and will probably change their status to flashlight only. Was impressed with 18650batterystore. Got them in 2 days!

Izzy does feel better today, has been barking at things and loves a good petting. She is now taking antibiotics and pain pills.

    72 now in Vegas.
I could deal with a nice 72. Glad Izzy is getting better.

    Somewhere between here and there
I did end up mowing tonight. We are supposed to get some rain tomorrow and possibly snow Thursday. It was 73 today but will be much cooler the rest of the week.

I’m thinking my recipe with the Swiss chocolate might be ready to try this weekend. I’ve been waiting forever for the speculoos to come back in stock at chefs after Charlie said how good it was. It finally is and I got a 20% coupon that I used. They discontinued the old discount code and now you have to subscribe to their emails and they will send you a personalized code now and then. It can’t be shared.

We got to mid 30’s today. Our 40’s and 50’s will start back tomorrow.

Been vaping one of my new mixes this morning.
    Vanilla-Creme-Sandwich-Cookies.jpg

    Cookies, Creme & Milk (base)

MB Soft Baked Cookie Base 2.5%
    FA Cookie 1%
    WF Vanilla Cream Extra 1.5%
    VTA Milk Fresh 1%

It is a vanilla creme sandwich cookie base that is very tasty on its own. I vaped plenty that way.

MB Soft Baked brings the soft cookie texture while FA Cookie adds a very nice baked outer crust to the overall cookie profile. These two work excellently together.

WF Vanilla Cream Extra adds the creamy sandwich center. And like, duh, cookies must be paired with milk! Together these add moisture to what otherwise would be a rather dull and fairly dry cookie base.

Any fruit, or fruit combo, will work with this mix. A chocolate, or two, would turn the mix into something very similar to an Oreo cookie. Nearly any nut flavor will work.

Notes for turning this into a Snickerdoodle cookie: This mix with a splash of cinnamon would become your very basic Snickerdoodle cookie. Adding 0.25% - 0.75% TFA Brown Sugar Extra will further enhance the Snickerdoodle cookie. SSA Butter 0.25% - 0.5% (or VTA Butter Base or FA Butter) will lend a buttery note. Cinnamon, brown sugar and butter with the cookie base will create a rather convincing Snickerdoodle profile.

I don't usually mix cinnamon in my recipes (not much of a cinnamon fan). On very rare occasions I will use a drop or two of FA Cinnamon Ceylon in a mix.

Apple Cookies (added to Cookies, Creme & Milk base)

    SSA Apple Pinata 1%
    VTA Green Apple 0.5%

SSA Apple Pinata is one of their new flavors. It is a really good apple! VTA Green Apple was added to bring a tart note to the overall apple profile.

The cinnamon and brown sugar notes, from above, also apply to any mixes where apples are used. Adding one or both would add more complexity to the mix without muddling it up.

As is, the apple cookie mix is pretty darn good. I am enjoying this one a lot.

@Zazie can you please add this to your blog? Thanks. :)

ETA: For those who like sweet mixes... this mix sits at about the mid point, or just below, level of sweetness. If you like "sweet" sweet add a drop or two of CAP Super Sweet to start. Add more as desired. :D

Good morning random folks:) Have you any plans today?

I should be getting my second order of PG in today so that I can finish bottling up my nicotine. A conservative estimate on a vacapocolyse calculator has me in nicotine well pass age 90. I doubt I'll live pass my stash of nicotine or hardware. If I do, I guess it'll be time to quit.

Good morning. I'm having a pretty good start to the work day. The boss is back but he's going through a pile of invoices from while he was gone so I don't expect to see him much today.

I think it's kind of odd that I had mixed some premium cookie and raspberry with Fran's creamy custard base and liked it very much so mixed a big bottle and am using it in a high output mod and tank that I got for review but the flavor seems weak or off. I wonder if I mixed it wrong.

Could it be the high output?

Could be that particular recipe needs more flavor at high output. I'm not too high yet. I'm running the first coil at 51 watts. I've used these coils before and thought I remembered them having good flavor. When I switch to the second coil I'm going to change to a liquid that I usually use for reviews and see how it is. That should give me an answer.
