Concert tickets used to be really cheap !
When I was in high school I think we went to every concert there was to go to !
Probably why my hearing stinks !
Yes, cheap tickets, we got to see all the best bands and artists, sometimes a few nights in a row !!! My first concert was $4.50 to see the Doobie Brothers in '74. Second one was David Bowie also in '74, $5.00. Going through old ticket stubs brings back a ton of awesome memories.

The last concert we attended was was in 2008, Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band, Magic Tour... tickets $95.00. We stopped going to concerts after that. We saw more Springsteen concerts than I care to mention. And we used to travel to other cities far and wide across the USA to take in his 3 hour shows.

Hearing??? Huh, what??? Actually mine is still pretty good despite playing in many different bands over the years and at very LOUD levels.

Question, why does the new exclamation point look more like a lower case 'L'? Makes me feel like I too need to put a space at the end of a sentence when I use them !!!

Well, I suppose I could select one from another font !!! Ohhhh, but I can't in this post. I'm getting the dreaded "blank" font family thing. Sometimes the other fonts show up and other times not. Weird.

I already asked Alex if she could look into that.

Getting a really nice storm here. The sky got very very dark. Thunder is shakin' the house. Huge boomers, love it. Awesome lightning show. Supposedly severe thunderstorms until 8pm. Cool, we need the rain.

Usually thunderstorms from the west break up as they get close to the colder waters of Lake Michigan. Only the big storms hold-up intact. This is a BIG one.

It's a bit away from me yet (I'm a ways north of Grand Rapids MI). I have battened down the hatches. Here ya go, take your pick:

I'm very disappointed !!! We got a little <PFFT> of a storm and then it fizzled out. Well, that's what Lake Michigan does to storms over here. At least it's still raining.

Garbage, yes, a most excellent selection Atty. Fun story, back in the mid 80's we were out at Smart Studios in Madison when they were recording one of their albums. Butch Vig, a good friend of ours, was producing and is their drummer. Shirley, the lead singer from Scotland, was a total riot. She is soooo freaking funny and intense. We had fun partying with them while we were there.

Smart Studios produced Killdozer, Nirvana, the Smashing Pumpkins and many others while Butch was running things and co-owner.

One more question, Sourcemore, Yea or Nay?

I haven't had the shipping problems that others have had, although they do take longer than FT. I mainly avoid Sourcemore because their shipping rates are so high.

Good morning. I just saw that I won an Innokin Klypse. My prize from the health cabin giveaway arrived yesterday. I got the Vaporesso Gen air 40.

Congrats! We have a lot of winners on this thread for this contest.

    Morning, mixers.

Still dry here, and they're turning the thermostat back up... only to the mid 80s...

    Watering detail.

Did get all the latest cuttings up and staged by the burn pit, waiting for October. Of course, just the start, as we move into fall.
