I am surprised, the lady from the rescue place did get back to us about getting a small dog. My wife said yesterday that she apologized profusely for returning the last dog and promised it wouldn't happen again. Maybe this can work.
Don't let your wife return it.

Got my first vape mail in a long time today. Nothing exciting. Ever since I started vaping 10 years ago I've been using a rubber jar opening pad to disassemble tanks. It was a freebie from a bank. I cut it in half so I had 2 straight edges. It slowly disintegrated, now all that's left is 4 small pieces which are covered in rips and tears and small pieces fall off whenever I use them.

A few months ago I ordered some silicone replacements. They were useless. Too thick and way too slippery. I pounded on them with 80 grit sandpaper and got a little grip but ended up throwing them out. Yesterday I found some thin rubber ones like my old one and ordered them from Amazon. They arrived in 24 hours and are exactly like my original. I just stripped down a tank using a new pad. Cool.

I've noticed over the last week or so my news feed is plastered with ads for replica ancient military gear, mainly helmets. Roman, Greek, Persian, etc. Don't know if it's just me, like the AI figured out I might be into that stuff, or maybe everyone gets those ads. Maybe there's a movement of folks out there who like to dress up as soldiers in Alexander's army.

D'oh! This just missed my mixing session but has been added to my list. I'm also looking forward to your Kiwi recipes. I had a Kiwi/Strawberry years ago that I liked and was thinking of mixing that. I ended up rushed for time so I just mixed to replace what I was low on. The only minor substitution I did was to mix Charlie's Mango Cream (miss him!). I keep a mango on hand lately as it works in the rotation. So creamy mango fit part of what I was thinking about mixing.

Do you have a link to those grippers? I've been looking for them, but all I can find are those thick foamy ones. You are right. They are worthless.

Is that mango cream in the blog? I might have to try it. I love his double raspberry cream recipe.

I had another rough day of work. I go out to my postal truck this morning and it won't start. My supervisor gets it to start and then kills the engine, and it starts up. I drive it from Gainesville to my first stop and kill it to make the delivery. It won't start. I have to wait for the tow truck from Gainesville. The driver jumps the battery and I have to drive it back to the post office, hoping that I don't run out of gas, because the thing is drinking up the gas. Plus, none of the gages are working correctly, and I found out the gas card is missing. Fortunately, I make it back and have to move all the packages to another truck. The replacement wasn't great, but it's a lot better than the first one. I lost 2 hours in that fiasco.

I'm guessing the name should be Chilly Boyz, not Chiily Boyz, right?

    Crappy day for sure.

    Cap. NY Cheesecake 4%
    TFA Cheesecake/Graham 2%
