Good morning. We are getting rain today which we really don’t need but at least it won’t be freezing rain again at a high of 65.
I really fell off the exercise wagon over the holidays this past year. I guess it is more like I jumped off, landed on my head and got amnesia. Anyway I’ve been trying hard to get back into a routine but I’m definitely paying for it with body aches. I’m hoping it will help me drop 10-12 pounds over time.
Trying to work out my laziness and mix, In my defense,,,,,,I haven’t finished my coffee yet. PLUS my divider is full already.

What bad luck he has, I hope the operation goes very well, and that he doesn't need a long rehab to get back on his feet.Texted Uncle earlier to ask if it was OK to call him then. He responded that he was having dialysis and he'd call shortly. In his typical tongue-in-cheek way...also said he had a "surprise" to tell me, that would likely make me ecstatic and have me standing on my head and spitting out wooden nickels.
Here's an update he asked me to post:
He'd finally felt well enough to go for coffee and/or tea with some friends. When trying to get up and sit on a barstool type chair, his foot slipped off the footrung, and down he went to the floor. Landed on his hip, leg, and back. So, he's in the hospital again ...this time with a broken tibia and surgery hopefully scheduled for tomorrow. Was a good thing it wasn't a broken hip. He was told surgery wouldn't involve plates and pins, but was 1 level up from that, which would be less involved.
It's not going to happen with me sitting watching tv and eating cookies for sure.

I was thinking about his bad luck also. I really think it’s time for his luck to change to good luck .
I took a look at the Chef's site and it's kind of a mess. The flavors aren't in brand or alphabetical order and a lot of the one shots they used to have are gone.
I was up till 2:30am, goofing off with computer games, so I decided to sleep in and not go to morning Mass. I'll go this evening. It's raining today. It's currently 56 with a high of 75.
